I set it for every day of the week to turn on at 9am and off at 8pm but nothing happened. I do have a good connection and my plugs are showing the blue color. Any recomendations? Thank you..

@@Hero4lyfe Unfortunately there is no easy way to control them from a computer. There is a trick you can use though which involves installing the app on your PC. I plan on having a tutorial for this in the future.

Glad the video helped you! Some smart devices require a central hub to be controlled. For example, some smart light bulbs will requires a central device that controls all similar smart light bulbs. The smart plug displayed in this video does not require a hub.
I had 5 of these plugs and they worked great until I changed my wi-fi network to a different provider, can not hook up with my new router.Seems the plug will not forget the old hook up codes, there is no reset button anywhere to erase what's in it memory.

These tp link product dont work with hubs, correct? They all work directly with wifi and eventually put more strain on your router/modem, am i correct?
You are correct that they do not work with hubs. Most modern routers should not have any issues working with several of these devices as they do not use much bandwidth.
Does this app work if you're using a different Wi-Fi or away from home can you still manually turn it on and off or do you have to be within the same Wi-Fi that the plug is that?
