Thanks for posting these high life commercials. This is a great beer that doesn't cost a fortune. For those of you that don't like it. Keep buying your expensive beer. Leaves more High Life for the rest of us who love it.
A gallon of gasoline (about 4 liters) contains about 31,000 calories. If a person could drink gasoline, then a person could ride about 912 miles on a gallon of gas (about 360 km per liter). Considering that a normal car gets about 30 miles per gallon, that's pretty impressive!
Where I come from a guy riding a bike with beer in it has had a DUI and license suspended riding in snow thats a drinking problem with dedication LOL!!!!
Not so fast, some people actually choose (even in the face of infrastructure that forces a lot of people to drive) to not drive... *3km* from/to the pub.
Didn't they have a series of commercials with this guy on the bike? I recall another ad where it wasn't snowing and the crank was squeaking and they panned up from the pedals to the basket with sixers in it. I don't recall the diatribe, but I recall the last line being "Nobody's going to steal our high life" or something of the sort.
@@PantsofVance Yeah, it definitely does, friend! Turning 37 next month and this ride has been wild. I've worked my ass off but have also been very fortunate along the way. 23 year old me would never believe the things I've been able to accomplish along the way.
One of the funniest ads ever. Sad funny. All the unspoken features: no hat, no gloves, coat open, shirt unbuttoned showing white tee shirt, brogans instead of boots, white socks, double chin and gut, on his son's bike cause he lost his license years ago, oblivious to all sensory input including cold and snow, laser focused on his quest to return to his tattered barcolounger well-stocked, and all the while the lovely music of the tinkling beer bottles.
Looks like a normal bike an adult rides to me. Also you think he's only riding a bike because he lost his licence... whaa. The real world is a lot more varied and mundane than that. Also this might be the guy who rides to your work in the snow, and that you somehow think is 'insane' when like this stuff has been going on in other countries, cities, and a crap tone of places for 150 years. More so in other other places today because of politics.
So, a 6 pack of Millaaahhh = $5. Gas was recently $5 per gallon.. The carbs in a 6 pack ~ 800 calories? That's good for 20 miles on the bike.. And if you drink and drive on your bike, no chance of injuring anyone but yourself!
Alternative fuel? I'm thinking alcoholic with a DUI so he cant drive and needs a beer so bad he is biking in the cold and snow risking his health and life to appease his addiction :P #Miller #fail #alcoholic
