  • This video is part one of the daily movement challenge. The goal is to move every day through November. Day one movement is an activation flow created by the Russian Animal Flow Master instructor Evgenia. This flow is also a test and a very good way to measure where I am right now. The goal is to make this flow stronger abs smoother. Let’s see what can be achieved in one month.
