Chiori is a 5 star.
While for the most part this is just a filler patch in the middle of 4.0's, the big thing was the new addition of a 3rd event banner, making it easier for all of the characters to get rotated more often, because it was getting to the point as they add more and more characters, some took over a year to have a re-run, and this new banner will help avoid such a long wait.

Version 4.5 is basically a filler patch and I think a lot of people are going to skip Chiori for the characters coming in the second part of the banners. As for Xianyun, I pulled her and her weapon and I’m currently trying to get her better than how I have her currently
