I have the GT650 but still obssed with the GT 535 and tbh the Best thing about GT535 at 2014 was the PaioliTwin Gas Charged Shock, Brembo brakes, and Pirelli tyres. Giving that much world quality products on a Royal Enfield GT 535 wasnt an Easy deal but still 💥 and yes twins are much more refined but at a point if you are really a RE fan thn you don't need refinement. Hardcore RE fan forever.🤞🙏🤞

Nice video Raj!! Only one suggestion - use Motul 5100 15W50 oil, it is semi-synthetic oil which is better than this mineral oil, as I am using it for last one year, the engine performance has really increased.

I now have a ROYAL Enfield interceptor 2019 But many years ago I had a volusia800 and took it in for a 500 mile service on picking the bike up from the dealership I set off only to find there was no oil in the sump No damage to the bike but I never take a bike to a dealership...

As usual i have a question, a few actually :D First why connect the charger to the battery directly and not route it through the Key. Problem with this setup i feel is charger can be used by anyone when your bike is parked, which will drain your battery. Second thing is did you change the tyres already, looked like deeper tread like new one or was it just because of the wash? Please do share if possible which pipes you used as in car/model or was it just generic car pipes. and if i have more questions, i'll comment again :D

Raj Bro all the servicing you did in the local servicing center does the royal Enfield servicing does the same? because many companies does only oil changing engine, break check chain and wash it and finish it.
Hey man hello from Houston, Texas. You have an awesome channel! I recently power-washed my RE GT and found a disconnected clear tube hanging near the battery compartment and going down to the engine. For the life of me I cant find where it was supposed to be connected to, looks like it was just hanging there not attached on any side. By any chance, do you have something like this on your bike? hai raj I used to fill my bullet 500 with 2.7 litre of oil and my classic 350 with 2.5 there i founded that u r filling up your gt with 2.5 liter I don't know about gt .but in my knowledge all the 500cc and above should fill with 2.7 litre of oil

Hello Sir thanks for such an informative video! I live in Jaipur and i own a classic 350. When i take my bike for servicing they don't do all this stuff.. I wanna to know how much does it costs to service our bike like yours.. Plus can you suggest some good shop here to take my bike for servicing.. And the biggest question now.. My battery is dried up and its cracked now.. When i tried to put the distilled water it came our of the cracks.. I wanna know what will be the consequences if i doesn't replace my battery and keep on using it like this.
And Raj bhai... pls upload a video about how to install and uninstall the rear wheel of Continental GT.. it will be very helpful for me. bcoz I have to repair my bike's puncture myself when traveling.
Now it's thumping.. It's good to have a specific mechanic (like javed bhai) for our bullets else the service center guys are not so trustworthy. You really can't rely on them. Once I asked a service center guy whether I can put the standard 350's heavy crank shaft in Electra.. And the answer was "all crank shaft are same. "

raj next time paint the front and rear mudguards to red tank colour and front forks bottom to gold the brake calliper colour. seat cover to brown or maroon try it. bike will look beautiful. 👌

Generally a brick red colour means good air to fuel ratio ... White spark plug usually indicates 'LEAN' air fuel mixture
