I had this once with a watch. A shop listed a Rolex 16610LN for only 980 euros instead of 9800. I bought it ofcourse & they did cancel it. After some mails they actually sent it cause legally I was the new owner.
This happened with me once with Louboutin. The shoes were marked much lower than they normally would be sold for. So I ordered right away. No conversations were had, the order was cancelled by the company. 🤷🏻♀️
They tried to but he worked with a lawyer to get them to fulfill the order. Something about consumer protection laws in Mexico works differently than in the US
Im gonna go ahead and call this fake lol. The company has every right to cancel and refund your order before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, you then have legal ownership of the goods. Unless this was just the company being nice, but they weren’t obliged to do this.
I saw a few articles explaining due to a consumer protection law in Mexico, he was able to get them. I don’t fully know Mexican law so I won’t really explain it further because my understanding is not the best.
@@SavannahSmilesNews ohhh so maybe it had to do with Mexican laws! I’m in the US, and I do know that American retailers are allowed to cancel and refund any order before shipment for any reason. So that must be why!! Sorry I didn’t catch that he was in Mexico 🥹

No they did not, there definitely was some back and forth but it seems like it was worth it in the end
I’m surprised Cartier just didn’t cancel the order. I’ve had orders cancelled on me from other companies with little explanation.
