Caught my first Sebago laker on your soft plastics this weekend using this technique. Thanks for all the tips!

@BendItFishing Had issues landing the fish quickly in my kayak, so did a quick release without a picture. But will email the next one! Caught it on your 3/4 oz jig head and larger soft plastic. I watched him follow it up from the bottom on the 2D radar and used the same chasing technique you demo. It was a rush!

Great job explaining how you setup your electronics clear and concise. I'm an older person who just purchased a Garmin Echomap UHD2 94sv can't believe how advanced finders have come. Grandson and I have been learning to use side scan to locate perch and walleye here on lake St. Clair. Keep making these videos, 👍👍👍

Great info here.. I had my fish finder set to 83 as it always showed 'more' fish but you are right for jigging you need to see under the boat with 200 to drop down on it vs thinking you are on top but they are off to the side.

Great info! How you position your live image? Straight down or facing forward? I fished for lakers few times what do you do when you see them chase up on your falling jig? I tried running away but they usually turn back down.. thanks

I do forward facing most of the time. I usually stop my jig way above them so it's no moving so they think they are getting an easy meal. If they are turning back down your bait might be too big

Really enjoyed this video with all the information on sonar. Can you also use this same set up and technique for stocked rainbow trout. If so I would love to see a video demonstrating the technique.

Same technique but rainbows tend to be up higher in the water column so they are harder to see

Great videos. You mentioned a cheap sonar you were going to list, but I don’t see it in the comments below. Can you show me which one you were talking about so I can investigate
