238 days clean today for me and it is way easier than it was 2 months ago. One day at a time is the best NA quote ever. You just have to be sober today, you can get high tomorrow if that is what gets you through it, just not today.

I was awake for 9 days just suffering. I guess I'm just going to be on them for the rest of my life. I guess it's better than sticking a needle in my arm.
On strips again myself shit sucks only a half a day had quit after 2 a day for 2 years then started again after a relapse, trying to quit again shit sucks
