@@clark2491 another year sober but I caved in. I had to go back to my Dr and get back on the subs, I couldn't take it. The insomnia was, I can't even explain it. I was awake for 9 days just suffering. I guess I'm just going to be on them for the rest of my life. I guess it's better than sticking a needle in my arm.

238 days clean today for me and it is way easier than it was 2 months ago. One day at a time is the best NA quote ever. You just have to be sober today, you can get high tomorrow if that is what gets you through it, just not today.
