Resi PM on a furnace that's had no service for a decade. 4 no heats at an apartment complex. And a RTU PM that turned out to need the gas pressure adjusted on low fire. 8 hours, I declined the OT tonight. First day this week I didn't clock an hour or more of overtime. At least I don't have your traffic and parking headaches. Get your feet up brother.
Not looking to be super tech but just saying as good info. Even if you drop pressure and check the tank that’s still not the accurate way to check the tank. The tank must be completely removed from the system. With the tank in place even with pressure dropped there’s a chance that the diaphragm can still be stuck and give a false reading. Keep up the videos. Content is great
I love how your vids simply are "it is what it is" no bullshit, straight to the point. what a great mindset , and lets not even hide the fact that your handsome as f@@k, im praying for my AC in Tenerife (Canary Islands) to fail. i will fly you over for the shear pleasure of meeting you, new subcriber here, keep up the awesome vids, and it is what it is. Fair play to a locigal smart guy. your face expressions are class. jajajajaja
I'd be bringing my rubber boots to the wet and extra nasty adventures. They're cheap and dry feet are worth it, plus easy to wash 'em off while wearing your main boots away from floods. I don't install boilers but I've repaired my share of outdoor equipment.
You have the gift of great energy. Together with your smarts you are going to do very well in this field. It’s a pleasure to watch these videos.
Great work! New subscriber here. I service boilers in Cleveland but none of the apartment buildings have this multi boiler room set up.
Bro I learned a lot with your videos...thank so much...I'm starting fixing that kind amazing machine, here in illinois.....thank.
You might as well have changed the tridicator too!
Man the amount of rust and dampness I wonder how anything works! I am glad I am in the south with just forced air gas furnaces... 🤠👍
Another efficient and informative day with our apprentice. Stay healthy out there!

If hes hustling this many calls he better be getting % of gross.
You can also tap the side of the expansion tank and see where the water level is.
Yeah young kid in the works
Nice work as usual mate. I'll have to try picking a lock with a flamerod sometime.. lol.
only thing i found in my service bag that would fit🤣
WE DIG IT!

Teddy is the best 👍👍👍

Killin it!!!!
love you brotha! thank you for the support!
I like the way you work
All you gotta do is bang the expansion tank with your channel locks to hear if it’s full or not

How? Even if the diaphragm is stuck there’s no water pressure so all you’re reading is air pressure.
can you explain the last transformer swap?
It kinda looks like he accidentally put a 240volt one in instead od a 24 volt
All those areas you visited are horrible for parking. It was bad some time ago, it’s worse now. I do miss the food spots though!

Great work very helpfull, take care 👍👍👍
Great video. Can anyone explain to me what happens at 14:50?
Electrical short on the aquastat relay, power coming in from the switch but not powering the circulator pump when tstat was calling
You carry a M&M 51-2 but not a expansion tank or gas valve?
1:50 You wonder how these things don't just blow up based on what shape they are in! Just saying.... 🙊🙈🙉
I noticed you used black iron on relief valve . For the future brass and copper should the way to go
Because??? Relief valve is brass u can use what ever you want
Why aluminum bushings, required?
that expansion tank looks like it was installed upside down, im no pipelayer though, i hate the leaky feed valves
Hey great videos, ca. We possibly talk about pricing. I would surly help guys just starting off
seems like a good idea! anything specific?
gotta give it to you you're pretty good for your age When did you start doing service when you were five keep up the good work
Thank you for the support brother!
What’s the reason why you got a number 15 expansion tank and not a number 30?
that looks like a lot of water damage. that whole thing probably needs replaced. 12:24 a flappa...flappin in the wind, loose as a goose mama

You work on forced air furnaces at all?
only when im forced to 😂
Just the look of how old that boiler is i would recommend anew one .😂
👍🤙🤘
Yes, parking can be a bigger problem than fixing the boiler in big cities. Huge tickets or Free towing. (Lol)
What year apprentice are you? Keep up on the video uploads man, they are great.
im in my 3rd year, thank you for the support brotha!
@theapprenticesurvivalguide That's awesome! I'm 9 years into my hvac career in Wisconsin. I thought we had a lot of boilers until I saw your videos!
Where do you work?
Which city do you work in?
Let me know if the company you work for is hiring. Would be interested
Will do!
Red tag that krusty beast
I Cary my foldable wheel dolley to carry my tools.if I have to walk far
These damp basements ruin everything
Ticket writera must have never needed a repair job in their lives I stg 😤
I wouldn't work on this one tbh, just offer system replacement. Not worth polishing the turd.
Place was a shithole! Wow
