@@ankitadasgupta8666 combined with the oher lip exercise i did it worked really well. I didnt do it consistently and I got lip fillers and that was the best decision I made about my lips ;)
So many videos online about making your lips fuller by causing a little injury. Can't be good to be putting your lips in that state constantly. This one however looks less harmful than the derma rolling or sucking devices.

Follow for more tips a d actually I have another Full face Gua Sha which can be as useful as this one. Extra valuable tip : I love using Lip elixir from iS Clinical at the end of each practice I'll add the links to Gua Sha below

They all damaging cause is killing fat cells, see my comment above why this is not recommended by anyone who understand body biology
