Best instruction Jeep Fender Flare video I have ever watched....way to go. Just bought a new 2022 Willys Diesel 4 door...looing to change it up. Just did a JKS 3-1/2:" lift (real diesel lift) and 35s on 24s. Thank you.
This was extremely informative. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I had already decided on Crusher replacement flares since I lost my passenger side front fender flare this week to a mud bank, but the effort you took in ensuring the flares bolt to the more reinforced areas of the jeep and not the body panel is an excellent benefit. Thanks!
It seems like these videos were really good. What happened? Would be awesome if it started back up for the JL/JT, other than did some videos for the JK parts that haven’t been covered in a segment.
Yep I need tire coverage and that proto type wide flare you have seems to be what I need so let's get the deal done. When is it going to available. FYI I agree with most that was a well done video, I like to see how tha flare ties into the structure to make for a strong part of armouring the jeep.
I love these flares. I'm getting ready to order the aluminum ones. I like the narrow flare in the front. The rear flare doesn't seem to have a width option. Are the rear flares all the same size? Thank you.
Your install instructions don't seem to mention anything about bolting the flare (at the gusset) into the factory fender "tab" at the very top. I didn't install anything up there, and it seems very stout without it, but I noticed you said you "can" bolt to it for added strength. I was going to give it a shot, but mine really don't line up very well. Would it be a problem if I don't do this?
Holy shit look at the welds @10:38 and @10:45 horrible.... I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of plasma cutter but no real idea how to fabricate or weld. Step up your game
ok. I just got these aluminum fenders from 4 wheel parts for my wife's 2016 jku. after installing these I must say I am very disappointed. the install is not easy. the jam nut tool supplied is a joke. the clips for the frond fender bracket is not easy to get lined up and what is up with the 17/32 drill bit? I spent more time today driving around to find one drill bit then it takes to run KOH. if any of you are thinking of installing these yourself be warned and I hope you have a ton of patience. I'm sorry to say but I wish I had gone a different route with her jeep. Looks are only half the battle when it comes to this sport. and as for as I can see that's all these are.

those are some serious built JK fender flares. Looks well engineered.
What size is the green Jeep running?

Bloody awesome... Over here in Australia we need the full tyre coverage so the full 11 inch flare is a winner for us...

What's up with the welds at 10:47?... Hopefully that's just the paint.
+jkurubicon95 I was thinking the same thing myself, defiantly looks like a poorly done stitch weld with not enough metal deposition.
Also missing a top fastener and the bottom one wasnt in all the way!
It's really shitty welds, on the green bumper you can see pitting on the beads, perocity for days
I was looking at the comments about the welds. Horrible.
Larry, you're the man bubba!
Great video very informative!! Keep them coming!!
Nice work, Lar!
