Heart never gets old. When I went to the Experience Music Project in Seattle, Heart got a tiny little mention. Hendrix and Nirvana got entire rooms. Heart were the first ladies of rock. They deserve better.
Just the band playing and brilliant vocals. No special effects needed. 50 costume changes not needed. Their talent was more than enough. Today’s ‘artists’ should watch and learn.

Who said that? I never heard it. 70s were the best! Unfortunately rock is dead now. You can hear some decent stuff on college radio stations that's contemporary but as far as commercial radio goes, rock and roll is dead and has been so for 20 to 25 years.

It's a shame that most people today have no idea that not only was Ann & Nancy Wilson the very first ladies of kick ass rock who were INCREDIBLY TALENTED, but they also overlook just how cool, complicated, and difficult Heart songs are to perform. As musicians, ya really have to know what you're doing to play these songs right. I will always hold much respect & admiration for Ann & Nancy Wilson.
Just heard this album for the first time. The album was made the same year I was born. This song is underrated and some of the other songs have what I describe as a mideveal feel to them, which goes along with the supposed theme of part of the album. A very unique album and I've never heard anything quite like it.

Ann's emotional pull is felt here in the bridge & that has been a major part of what Heart is always about..with no small help from Nancy & Howard Leese & co. of course. Ann dam one of the greatest rock vocal's ever.
Just heard this album for the first time. The album was made the same year I was born. This song is underrated and some of the other songs have what I describe as a mideveal feel to them, which goes along with the supposed theme of part of the album. A very unique album and I've never heard anything quite like it.
Classic sound of 70's hard rock mixed with some psychedelic episodes there. 😄😘

Ann's emotional pull is felt here in the bridge & that has been a major part of what Heart is always about..with no small help from Nancy & Howard Leese & co. of course. Ann is the queen of pulling a listener into the tune, for sure for a fine lil diversion or a shoulder to cry on/commiserate with, & also being happy. Whatever the occasion, Heart has music for it. Was fortunate to see Heart on the little queen tour...Without question one my most memorable concerts.
Saw them on this tour August 16th, 1977 at Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ. Center balcony, front row nothing but air in front of me. Great show!
