Wanna know the difference between Aaron Donald and the 99 overall 7’0 400 pound D-Linemen I made when I was 9 in madden 15... Aaron Donald gets through the line every time
Im so happy NFL players are doing this it'll motivate kids to do it on Saturday's without coaches around cant imagine how technical sound the next generation will be
Yesterday at one of my tackle football practices we did a drill where you line up in a circle and practice your o line a d line skills I forget what it’s called but there were several rounds in it and the first one to get knocked out of the circle looses and I’m one of the smallest on my team and got into the final round with a kid like half a foot taller then me and at least 35 lbs heavier then me and I won. So just remember anything can happen and never ever give up!!!
My coach put me in as defensive end last night (I’m a tight end and linebacker) and the first thing I did was get two sacks and make two fumbles in just the first half… I am now the starting defensive end on my varsity team
Seems like such a cool guy and definitely throws grown men around in the league. He is one of those few dudes in a house of lions that the other Lions fear. You can see it in the way they play. They can't handle his over-the-top talent and strength.
I wish i had videos like this to help me during my highschool football days footwork was my weakest asset i played Nose Tackle/Defensive End i was 6'3 245 as a Sophomore.
I work a heavy bag to work on mu pinching power which helps alotm and since iam very undersized for a semipro team in a 3-4 first step, and hand power/placement are vital
What about the kids who have to play against wing T and option 24/7. Pass rush moves aren’t really helpful in those situations. I tell my kids if they can’t play the run they can’t go rush the passer. Have to earn that right.
Not Real name we run a 4-4 (4-2-5 but we call our box safeties OLB’s for simplicity) I had a kid watch video similar to this and he was just throwing his hands around and playing high as piss. I asked him like “where did you get that from we never do that mess” he said it was watching nfl clips. And we don’t really shoot gaps and run upfield. We are a gap control team and so were more worried about clogging the gaps instead of penetration. That kid is a scagg but I still don’t want him doing it and making bad habits early
Not Real name yeah, it’s good for the upper levels like NFL and college. But High School and middle school they just need to listen to their coaches. And I like a 5-3 too, but our 4-4 is just what we have been running forever. My senior year (2018-19 season) we won a state title running the 4-4. We did play a handful of 5-3 teams and they gave us some problems fr.
Kappa Game nowadays More and more youth programs are running spread. But for the style of football that is played here it’s who can put hit each other In the most. ua-cam.com/video/2r-Eu_PpZ9Q/v-deo.html there’s a video link of my team who won state in 2018 playing the team who won it last year. I am a 17 year old defensive lineman and I will say that this is what I aspire to be. I want to be the kind of player that my coach can rely on to fill any role neccesary. I will honestly say that I'm not there yet...but im fighting to get to that point and I will keep fighting every single day until I get there and even excel farther. To my fellow high school football players: Stay on the grind!
I'm currently in 8th grade. I'm 13 and already 6'2 300+ pounds. I played as Nose Gaurd last year but am skipping this years season due to covid etc. Any advice on how to get in good shape at home and get my footwork and abilities ready for highschool?
NO doubt AD is elite and a certified BEAST. When it is all said and done he has the potential to be an all time top 15 defensive player in NFL history. Respectfully my opinion.

I need to know ok I’m 5’3 12 years old 120 pounds in mainly muscle but I want to be down to 105-110 I’m not SUPER fast but I’m decently fast I can deadlift 120 easily I can bench abt fifty-ish what position should I be
got into an argument over sumo on twitch. I said if u give donald 3-5 years that hed dominate in sumo. and they actually believe hed stand no chance... thats why this dude makes 50x the money lmao. higher level athletes would destroy in the ufc or sumo. No logic whatsoever with people these days. Donald would toss around sumos like nothing. stronger faster, better footwork and handplacement.
Don't get me wrong this dude is the absolute GOAT. But I can't be the only one who was getting ticked off when he wasn't pumping his arms while doing the ladders and stuff😭
Well Aaron wasn't and still isn't too big for his position still. Him being 6'1 is undersized for a DT and if you grind like he did you will gain a lot of muscle.
he’s 6’1, 280, runs a 4.6, benches 500, has footwork on par with running backs, and he’s entering his prime.
Ethan Elmore he ran a 4.6 in the combine it’s probably around a 4.9 now
He runs a 4.8 now officially
More like 6 foot.
He’s entering his prime at 30?
@@hughmungus8320 yes brain doesn't stop developing in men until 25-28. He is entering his primary imo

Imagine when the Texans would have drafted him instead of clowney..... What a nightmare to stop him and jj Watt in his prime.
DontBeMeme one of his greatest assets currently he learned from Robert Quinn who was on the rams at the time
@@dillonmackay683 true. But 2015 Vince wilfork was with the Texans not a bad mentor either.
The Rams could’ve had JJ
The rams should put him at RB on 3rd and inches
Why not. The Texans used to have JJ Watt play TE on crucial downs.
