France 🇨🇵 How to make Onion Soup

Hey, Sorin here! in the first episode I will take you with me in france and make the famous Onion soup and Coq au vin.
Onion soup Recipe:
1,5 kg- Onions
1,5 l - Unsalted beef stock
200 ml - Dry white wine
2 tbsp - Flour or 1 tbsp Flour starch
3 tbsp - Olive oil
Thyme
rozmarin
2 bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
French baguette for topping
Gruyere cheese, shredded for topping
Freshly chopped chives for topping
