hey 👋 guys today recipe is Goulash
-600 gr beef( shoulder or leg)
-300 gr onions
-2 carrots
-1 parsnip
-1 small Piece celery
-500 gr potatoes
-2 tbsp sweet paprika
-1 tbsp Pista
-salt
-1 tbsp ground cumin
-2 bay leaves
-pepper
- 1 tomato
-1 paprika
-3 cloves garlic
-50 gr lard or speck
- parsley
- water
for the pasta
-1 egg
-80 gr flour
-salt
