Great Britain 🇬🇧 The famous Shepherd's pie

Shepherd's pie
800 gr ground lamb
3-4 carrots
2 small onions
400 ml white wine
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried rosemary
100-120 ml Worcestershire sauce
80 gr tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
400 ml stocks ( vegetables, chicken or beef)
salt
pepper
300 gr frozen peas
1,7 potatoes
200 gr butter
milk
2 egg yolks
200 gr cheddar cheese
salt
Pepper
chives
About 30 min in oven or until start to bubble ( I forgot to say in the video) 😁
