The only “olive branch” I might offer is gender neutral bathrooms are fine as a third option. Further, I’m not convinced that any transgender person believes they are biologically the gender they’ve landed on. None I’ve ever met have, but that’s simply anecdotal and not data. That seems to bear out in the distinction of “cis” and “trans.” Really, I think the “delusion” is really that many people seem to think “trans” is something that it’s not. i wonder how old your guest (in lack of names) was when the puberty-blockers were applied, when gender disphoria was applied, and if all this is ok, why your guest wants to DE-transition; was the diagnose gender-disphoria wrong? if yes - how to fix the diagnose-system to prevent the false diagnoses that may ruin the life of the patient completly?

(english's my 4th foreign language - guess i gotten some things wrong again) BUT - one issue with your reply: you wrote "I really feel like the solution is to ensure that all people in question meet the criteria"; this is very dangerous in todays day and age (and ideology driven politics); bc "ensuring something" nowadays means "lower the criteria/make them as vage as possible so everyone can meet them". and THIS might lead to a rise of "regrets leading to permanent solution for a temporary problem" (it's funny how many words you can't use on this plattform anymore, bc someone might feel someone else being offended if that person'd read this....!?). edit: yt conformitycheck

I couldn’t help thinking of the studies done long ago before this was popularized, that showed something like 90% of boys with this issue no longer had dysphoria after going through puberty and went on to become gay men as adults. It appears this person has been on puberty blockers through their teens and has missed the opportunity of going through puberty-that is why they remain small statured and don’t have a low voice. But had this person gone through puberty they may very well no longer be living with an identity disorder.

Studies shown that teens with gender dysphoria who go through puberty no longer have gender identity issues after going through puberty and go on to be gay or lesbians as adults. I can’t help wondering if Mary had gone through puberty if he would have developed self acceptance and not be facing a lifetime of medical interventions and expenses. There is a very high cost for these folks as individuals and to our society.
I was never on puberty blockers. I should have been but my parents did not allow it. My whole point of coming onto this video was to make it known how awful it is for trans kids to go through puberty without puberty blockers.
@@joeaddison7120 No one is forcing anyone in America to pronounce belief in a Christian or Muslim god, but Christians and Muslims and others who just believe men and women are biologically different are being coerced to either go against their religion and belief in basic biological truth, and agree with the transgender cult's definitions of reality, or possibly lose their job and careers in many cases
