wow i must have naturally large traps. my phsyqiue is definately average or worse for my 2.5 years, but i never trained traps and my traps are equal size to urs edit: defiantely not as big as urs, but traps are large on my body
That's actually a really good sign you have mutant genetics. Your androgen receptors are high so you respond better to testosterone and your shoulders and traps have the most androgen receptors. I have huge traps but never train them(probably from rowing and shoulder training)
@@thomasowens4844 i got pretty average-bad genetics bro (i hate to be negative but i got bad genetics), i was raised vegetarian till 19 so mabye that hindered me as well (since my dad is 6ft1 and naturally mascular but im not) My lifts are very unimpressive. 2.5 years of consitent lifting, i can bench 135 for 7-8 ( i can probably do more but bench later in my workout) db bench 70 for 5-6 my weight is 155-160 5ft10
Easiest muscle to grow in the entire body. Best three-step way to build traps is: 1) be male, 2) have at least a healthy level of androgens and estradiol present in your body, and 3) eat food If the traps aren’t growing by accident just by shifting plates in the gym, then you either have low T and should see a doctor about that or you have an eating disorder … and should see a doctor about that
@@mrruben002 I agree nothing is wrong with you if your traps don't grow like crazy, but for people who can grow traps super fast it means that you are a hyperresponder to Test/you have a high Test level since the traps are the part of your body with the most androgen receptors (there's a scientific paper from Hustler's University on this)

not true my test is fine, have big shoulders. but my traps are lacking
