Fip comes back to the Grip Temple with a easy Millennium dumbbell lift

- Fip is back at the Temple! This was shot on the 15th of July, 2023. We wanted to see a farmers walk with the millennium dumbbell but unfortunately his left wrists was hurting. That is no problem as he will come back again and do it; to be the first and only person in the world to achieve this feat.
He also closed a CoC #3.5 with not so good set (well done brother). If he manages to learn a good set, he will smash the 3.5. He will soon compete in a Grip Competition at Strong gym and I bet he will easily win it. I have a small injury (and very busy!) which prevents me from competing or I would've joined too.

Not a chance. Shaw has done the millenium dumbell which is alot heavier than the thomas inch dumbell.
@@aDezenTif you read the title you will see that this IS a millennium dumbbell lift.. not a Thomas inch dumbbell lift
