Awesome guitar, sounds great and soooo pretty, which is more important to me as I can’t play but I can still look at things. Well . . . things that are close. Love the headstock too, I prefer six on top for tuning but 3/3 or 4/2 keep enough of an angle without backtilt or string trees. And it’s purty without looking like any and every other manufacturer’s headstock.
      Congrats.

After laying out as many specs as you did, and them nailing almost every single thing you asked for, to make the entire "review" section of the video so short as to only include nitpicks about chips in the finish seems like a huge disservice to a company that let you in on a new process like this and just gave you this guitar. Which is a shame because the guitar looks fantastic.

The humbuckers sound bright and full and the coil split sound is very pleasant, Stratty like. This is definitely a guitar that I would purchase without any second thoughts whatsoever. Leo of Red Keep haha! Those are the things tele fans love! Part of the charm is in its simplicity. It’s a primitive instrument that is relatively unchanged almost 70 years later, and still just as relevant. They perfected it on the first try. And the tele can pretty much do it all. To each their own I guess

the riff behind the long solo (@12:47) sounds a lot like pearl jam's "evenflow" (even the light distortion) but the difference in your playing and Mike McCready's more "soft spoken" & bluesy solos (actually, as I recall, he is soloing most of the song, even behind the vocal, so it was a 5 minute blues solo... and he does without a single "look at me, I'm the guitarist & I'm constipated" face) turns it into a completely different song.
I love the blue back on your new guitar (well, I love all of the colors... I have an esp ltd 7-string with very similar paint on the front, but it fades to black and that carries onto the entire back... kind of boring, just like the stock emg pickups that came from the factory). I love how it's there when most manufacturers (and custom shop buyers) don't care what the back looks like. it'll look awesome when the spotlight is on you and shine that bright blue back at audience and belt out a solo with your teeth, Jimi-style. (there's an idea for a lesson: how to play with your teeth!)... I've always wanted a custom guitar and even considered letting rondo five it a try for $800, but I chickened out because of the one guitar I had bought from them. I paid $120 for a strat-style guitar with 2 p90's instead of... well... any other strat configuration I'd seen. the paint was good, not great. there were 3 spots where they laid the paint on too think and let it dry like that. they could sanded it then laid one more coat of paint... but I'm guessing they didn't want to cut into margins. well, too bad they skimped on the wiring on 3 out of the 4 they ended up having to replace at $20 shipping each way. finally, on the 4th guitar, I got one that had 2 working pickups & a working output jack. I could've rewired the whole thing but I was scared to look inside back then. (I've since been forced to put $200 into it. sigh.)

I think one thing that you neglected to mention was the price. I know that 10S sponsored the video so I'm assuming you got the guitar for free, but for the people who are looking to get a custom guitar made, the pricing of the instrument is crucial. What a beautiful fantastic sounding instrument. It's got that vibe that you'd never wanna put it down. I'd have to pick it up every time I would walk by it. Nice addition of the arm contour as it's the thing I've always hated about telecasters feeling too 'boxy'. I have a sanded body ready for a build and I plan on adding the same contours.

Hmmm.... I can see having my total vintage/modern mash up Strat built. Here's what I would want:
A roasted maple neck with 22 frets, soft "v" profile, and a 7.25" radius fretboard. Locking tuners are a MUST as would MOP dot inlays.
The body would have a transparent racing green finish with a flame maple top over the traditional alder. My pickguard would be black and single ply in a SSS configuration. I would prefer my plastic pieces be more "parchment" in their color. All hardware would be chrome, with a vintage 6 screw tremolo. I'd have Graph Tech saddles, of course
Electronics would be a set of Fender's Tex-Mex pickups with all the good 250K CTS pots and Orange drop capacitors and a 5 way switch. Controls would be 1 volume and two tone with the second controlling the bridge pickup. I'd also want a mini push button switch that would engage the neck pickup regardless of position.
      Nothing too crazy, right lol?

Your new multi-blue beauty is a work of art in every way. Playable, stable and fun to look at. Having said that.... why oh why are we still using unbalanced pickups and connectors. 60hz hum is just no fun. I agree with your earlier post about the sonic value of tone woods for electric guitars. It doesn't matter. It's all in the KNOBS!!! (tone & effects). Out of desperation, I plopped EMGs in a well setup Tele Squire. Connected that to a Line6 V30. A tiny amp. A tiny speaker. Dead quiet. Infinite tone capability. Records perfectly. Enjoyable at 80dB! The guitar world is still slogging away with '50s technology. What's wrong with this picture?

Thanks Darrell for doing this, I hope 10s are listening, we are. Thought I heard a bit of fret buzz in the middle of video, was wondering how the frets / neck were, must been OK because if you had to adjust you likely would have said so. Typical quality control misses found in many products however 10s did so much not only correct but mouth watering well, makes me wonder whom they've been making Guitars for? That appeared to be a chunky piece of solid maple over that mahogany not cheap plywood one. The factory seems to be somewhat close to where some of my wife's family live, I would like to go visit there, check it out, have my wife Bruce Willis negotiate the price down on a custom LP style they did with Dragons. They wants many thousands for it however that might be a laowai price, and we can start by offering the price in rmb. My daughter is a Dragon and it's a perfect guitar I thought I could pass down to her.
