This is an absolutely stunning guitar! I love the shotgun shell knobs, and think the double push was an excellent idea. Double tapping can definitely make it easy to change on the fly. The finish is also very nice! This is overall a real nice Signature Guitar and very different than most of the others out there. You have great taste when it comes to the look and options a guitar should have. Congratulations! It's very easy to see why they approached you with this project! Excellent job!

The separate “horn” pickguard reminds me of a Burns. But to have the controls on a separate part so you won’t have to pull the entire pickguard and pickups if you need to get under the hood there is great.

Congratulations - it’s an absolutely beautiful guitar.
I was excited - then disappointed when I saw the brand name and realised immediately that it MAY be outside of MY budget. Haha....
This is (annoyingly) proven, when you go to the website and they keep the price a secret with a crappy ‘contact us’ policy.
Why do that? Unfortunately, the secrecy, the top end price and the shipping costs, import duties, etc, will probably succeed in keeping it ‘exclusive’.

    HEllo Darrell.
Wow, your signature guitar oozes with extreme style.. . . . . . .it is amazing just how Many many many brands of guitar exist.
The guitar gives the impression it was designed by oceans of experienced experts.......and that is actually what guitar lovers may see.......but to consumers all of that is hidden in it's AGING looks.........(consumers may just see something totally Honest and sold.....a solid strat)
Darell, congratulations on creating a very very solid , quality electric guitar with a LOT of individual style.
The traditional STRAT SOUNDS are TRULY VERY SUPER Darrell............i think you have created a great CLEAN strat sounding instrument.
"it just has that chime"..........Darrell yes, you are Right.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Darrell, you know something Strange.........you mentioned Wait times on builds..........well people just DO NOT seem to realize the reality of
what goes on with guitar manufacture.
I think i have seen CUSTOM brands USE THIS IGNORANCE to their advantage.
A Large brand beginning with ...........K .........they try to convince the customers that the guitar is taking 13 to 20 weeks to produce. Darrell,
The guitar is made in about 15 hours, from start to finish.........CNC.......Neck to block.......hardware and FRETTED and PAINTING takes the longest.
The 13 to 20 weeks is the customer Que..........that is all...........it's the LINE of waiting people for guitars...........
    Best wishes Darell,
    Vin.

I have push-push pots on my Yamaha Studio Lord LP from the early 80s. I have NEVER understood why guitarists put up with anything else. Going for the "pull" requires pick juggling, and on top hat knobs or standard Strat knobs, the knob slips out of my fingers. I wind up putting after-market knobs on the guitars. Push-push it real good!

I like it. The finish is superb. I would like it even more with a few changes or refinements...
    1. Without a doubt, remove that extra detached pick guard piece from the lower part of the cutaway section of the body. The main pick guard piece alone is a nicer curving esthetic look.
    2. Make brass all the pickguard screws, input jack screws, tremolo block screws, the 3 knob screws, 3-way switch metal piece and black plastic knob, and the guitar strap buttons.
    3. Change out the black plastic on the pickups with some type of laser cut scrolled pattern metal pickup covers. These could be brass, natural metal or black. This would elevate the esthetics of the guitar to not have any black plastic on it at all.
    4. Horizontal knurling grooves cut into the thin wider rim of the upper shotgun shell knobs (like when you look at the side of a quarter-dollar coin, but deeper grooves on the knobs than a quarter has) and a criss-cross knurling pattern on its more recessed lower shaft area. For esthetics as well as a better "grip" when turning the knobs.

What a great looking and sounding guitar. Really liked the details (volume knobs) and the brass. Loved the coil splits and wiring. It's easy to see you love it, I think an awful lot of your fans will love it too.

So many tones that my head hurt a bit (in a good way) while watching this..a big +1 on the push-push knobs.. I first learned of those from JP signature models and it just makes a lot sense compared to push-pull.. congrats again!

Paoletti Guitars are absolutely beautiful! So thrilled for you that you got to design one with them, Darrell. For those who don't know Paoletti Guitars, read up on them and check out some reviews. You'll see they are very high quality and handmade, so, no, they are not for a lot of people's budgets, but that's to be expected with this level of guitar. Hope you sell a ton of 'em, Darrell, good for you!

This is obviously an advertising channel. So he gets paid in guitars for you tube commercials. Makes sense. I applaud you for your effort. You give these unknown guitar makers a platform to showcase their product. Everyone needs to survive. But that is what this channel is and I like it for that. Something different from mainstream reviewers. You do have a good grasp on the issues with head stock design and guitar issues in general. I do enjoy your reviews/commercials of new products.
