There were a lot of great videos in the 80’s and of course some writers and goofy ones too. This was one companies list although I did miss one on the list. The list was also supposed to have Boys of Summer on it but at the end of the list when I realized I missed it the next one on the top 50 was photograph by Def Leppard so I just had to go with that one!😁

A-ha's Take on me is at least a top 3. Being # 21 on this list is just unfair.
I know I sound like a broken record but I do remember that video being a very big deal because of the mixture of animation and live footage blended together.
It's a ppretty good list, though there seems to have many similar hard rock videos. A-ha's take on me is usually listed in the Top 5, right with the other ones that sound like a "bingo" there. I'd add Cyndi Lauper's Girls Just.... Cool
Yeah the A-Ha video was big at the time with the first animations they made a very big deal of it but it truth it was kinda cool.🙂

"Take on Me" should definitely be on the Top 5. Other than that, pretty good list. Def Leppard was huge in the 80s and so was Bon Jovi. That's why there are many videos of them.
True and there were a few like take on me that were called ground breaking such as sledgehammer
