Tatiana is a Pisces, thus the fish in her earrings. Jinger is a band from Ukraine. The band is one of the most talented trios ever. The drummer Vlad Ulasevich is a classically trained pianist. There is a video out there of him playing Rachmaninov. When Vlad joined the band lead guitar Roman and bass guitarist Eugene had to ‘up’ their game, forming three of the most amazing instrumentalists. Tatiana is influenced by jazz, reggae, and Gwen Stefani. They have so many good songs that are unique in their compositions and structure. For me, their songs ‘Teacher, Teacher’ and ‘Vortex’, there isn’t any songs you’ve heard before that even comes close! You should see them live on stage with ‘ Perennial’ and ‘Who Is Gonna Be The One’. Tatiana is a goddess on stage!

Big crossover between Electric Callboy fans and Jinjer fans. Highly recommend checking out Teacher Teacher next. It's a bit heavier than this one & really shows off their musicianship.

Thanks for reacting to this! I am glad you got to hear it. If you want to hear more from them, I recommend "Perennial (Live at Wacken)", "Judgement & Punishment (Live One Take Vocal Performance)", and "Teacher Teacher", but any song by them is worth hearing

Tatiana is a world-class growler. I have been following Jinjer on UA-cam for about 6 years now. They are one of the best progressive metal bands out there.

for soul-nurturing cleans, i like Perennial and Wallflower (that first one has a lot of switch-ups , which is part of their signature).
but that's just me. and from my experience, the comment section will never steer you wrong with this band.

Perennial - Live at Wacken 2019, specifically. One of the most epic performances I've seen in all of my 53 years.
This is what you call a starter Jinjer song, for shock, value on reactors . Tatiana of one of the great growl vocalist, along with Alissa of Arch enemy. If you listen closely, her vocals are double up in the mix. I personally like Tatiana's upper register that you heard for just a bit in this song. Recommend song Teacher, Teacher next.
Yes, thanks for doing Jinjer! This band is next level. The guys, Roman, Eugene and Vlad are amazing and Tatina is absolutely one of the top vocalists in metal. They are killer live. I got to see them in Atlanta is December 2022. What a great show! Check out "Perennial" live at Wacken and "Pit of Consciousness" live in Kiev to see what they can do.

You will also find out that they are all very accomplished positions. The only one that’s really trained is Vlad the drummer, but he is a classically trained pianist. And Eugene lays down some of the sickest bass riffs in any genre of metal.

Wait till you see and hear her in concert. She just sounds just as good. Saw them in 2021 in Albuquerque and 2022 in Phoenix. Hope you do more. Check out Teacher, Teacher, Perenial, Pit of Consciousness, I Speak Astronomy just to name a few...now if dig and react to the last one, you'll see it's a different drummer. Also if you go back to older videos, there used to be a 2nd guitarist. And just a fun fact, JINJER was originally an all male group.

When the war started in Ukraine, their home, they all volunteered. They were told to continue touring and support the cause. Should have kept her. She would have won a few battles just by scaring the hell out of the enemy. She’s a Pisces, the zodiac sign of the two fishes. Despite the sound it’s an emotional song about swimming upstream looking for light and love only to be caught and killed by handsome butchers. Tatiana Shmayluk is a berserker. Floor Jansen with Nightwish is a Valkyrie. Maria Franz with Heilung is a sorceress/priestess. Aurora Aksnes is a serious/fun quirky forest fairy angel.😊

There is no comparison to Tatiana of Jinjer. She is one of a kind. Yes there are a lot of skilled growlers out there, but when it comes to females Tatiana (Tati) is top of the pile. Alyssa White Gluz of "Arch Enemy" might be close and is also a favourite of mine but Tati takes the cake in this genre for me. If you dont know Arch Enemy please do "Handshake with Hell" OMV or "Nemesis" Live at Wacken 2016

Lol Jinjer is ukrainian proggy djent groove metal with complex time-signature maze, polyrhythms and multi-genre blending. They are one of the most talented 4-pieces ever. Tati is one of the best overall metal vocalists and lyricists in the business.
