Tips On Mastering Mobile: Xactimate (X1) Sketching Windows And Doors Help

In this video we will be demonstrating the two ways of measuring doors and windows within Xactimate Mobile. In this video we will show you guys the "glitch" right now with the toggle measurement function feature when using a Disto Laser Tape Measure. Right now when you are using that specific feature we have run into the problem of after measuring the height, it auto populates the width to be the same as the height you just measured. We have reached out to Xactimate on this problem and have been notified that it should be a simple fix within the software on their end. Hopefully soon we will see this change implemented!
For now the work around: select the properties icon at the bottom of the page and get your width/height measurements in there until the glitch has been resolved. (don't forget when using this feature with your Disto, the measurement will not change on the wheel, but it will change behind it on the screen)
