:) However, if you want to drink real Lambrusco, you need to select a ‘Lambrusco Rosso Frizzante Secco’ that’s 10.5+% alc. A Lambrusco Spumante is an Italian sparkling wine made with Lambrusco grapes. It’s not a Lambrusco.
Sparkling wines have really come a long way in Italy in recent years. And across the board. But if I’d have to pick some regions of note for sparkling I’d say Lombardia for Franciacorta Veneto for prosecco, and Emilia Romagna for Lambrusco.
