Very cool out-of-the-box build, I appreciate the honesty of saying that the deck is not on the same level as the current "meta" deck, but it looks well built and definitely has some powerful plays that would be fun to play with!
I would 100% play Surprise Strike in a deck like this (and in any cunning deck for that matter).

Wow I was working on a very similar deck the other day, but using Vader yellow to combine the cheap red force events with the yellow event playoffs. I like this a lot better!

love the idea, only played blue Inquisitor so far, but this looks so much more powerful, if tuned this list might be a metabreaker against all those green decks I think and you definitely want 3 7th Sisters and 3 Jabba, they are nuts in this deck

Same only played blue inq and it is pretty good. Does lose to burn tho
I was also working on something pretty similar, with my main difference being that I prefer Vaders Lightsaber, because it's awesome with Jabba and the shielded units. That's where I started with the deck actually, starting from the control end, and it eventually transitioned into something more like this, with my top end being 'I had no choice' and Ruthless Raider. I just assumed Palpatine would be too slow and ineffectual so never tried him, but my sneak attacks can feel a little stuck sometimes without a Raider or Seventh Sister in hand. Have you considered Bamboozle at all? Even though it's in hero you can discard a card to make it free, and we are very much all about trading card advantage for early tempo. Expensive card advantage-wise but in theory removing shields and experience should be valuable, especially against Childsen who can really gum up the ground otherwise, and it is a nice 2 damage ping for 0 when played with Bossk. In reality, I haven't drawn it in my ~4 games since adding it, so I really don't know what to make of it yet

Why aren’t ppl using falcon with GI? It’s 6 dmg for 5, sometimes the necessary reach after sneak attack + ruthless raider the phase before.
Actually something I started trying! This list is from a few months ago, but it's definitely an interesting idea.
How does sneak attack and Ambush work?
It doesn't work the good way! The unit comes in ready and then you can ambush with it, but it won't ready after the ambush.
