    15500ST.OO.1200ST.01 refers exclusively tp the BLUE dial.
    15500ST.OO.1220ST.04 is the WHITE dial that you are reviewing in this video.

    That VCO Everest Dual time you mentioned came out just a couple weeks ago and it jumped to the top of my grail list. Sadly, so limited and exclusive I'll never see it.

    I am looking to get a VC Overseas black dial simple date. I wonder why VC is so underrated? I feel like everyone goes for the Rolex, AP, or Patek. VC is like almost forgotten, which makes me sad. VC Overseas so versatile and very under the radar.

    Undeniably a True Icon!! In terms of a grail watch then I’m much more of a VC Overseas DT kind of chap (minus the exploring😃). But, if I could afford one then I could probably afford both and I’d treat myself 👏. Ah well, enough of the dreaming………

    What's your wrist size in Centimetres?
    Would it be a good size on a 17cm Wrist?

      Hi Daniel, I have slim wrists at 6.5 inches and it fit like a dream!

    • @jackominty3633
      @jackominty3633 2 роки тому +3

      @@ChisholmHunterOfficial It's arguably way to big for you, it wears much bigger than it's nominal 41mm.
      A 15202 (39mm) or even a 15450 (37mm) would be more suitable for a 6.5 inch.
      It's not an offshore, it's supposed to be elegant on your wrist.

    Might be swimable (I wouldn't), but is in NO WAY surfable.
    50M water resistant is not what it appears to the uninitiated - it's one step above splash proof.
    A water-resistance level of 30 meters means the watch can withstand splashes of water.
    A level of 50 meters means that it can be worn for swimming in shallow depths.

    • @Tommy-jn4iu
      @Tommy-jn4iu 11 місяців тому

      That is just not true. A watch with a water-resistance capability of 30 meters is capable of withstanding that amount of water pressure, and probably much much more. They are required to be able to withstand that depth of pressure if they say it and market it. This watch could withstand pressures that would crush your body lol.

    • @jackominty3633
      @jackominty3633 11 місяців тому

      @@Tommy-jn4iu I see that you are completely new to this. You think that 30 meters is fine, I'll never dive more than 10m, so what's the problem? The problem is movement. When you move your arm through the water, the pressure on the watch increased dramatically. You should not take your watch swimming unless it is rated 50 meters or more. Jumping in the pool? Make that 100 meters. The internet has plenty to say about this. Just do a google search for "what does 30m water resistance really mean?", and all will be revealed.

    • @zhangtony6307
      @zhangtony6307 2 місяці тому

      @@Tommy-jn4iuwater resistance of 50 meters means the watch can withstand 50 meters in a controlled environment without any water current. While the watch might not be damaged when you swim, it’s still not recommended since the movement of your wrist when swimming/doing water sport exerts higher pressure onto the watch. It does not always happen, but water may leak inside the movement from the crown when it’s exposed to such pressure for an extended period of time. The material of the watch won’t be damaged as you mentioned, though the movement will be and the watch may stop

    • @Tommy-jn4iu

      @@zhangtony6307 Swimming/doing water sports will not apply much extra pressure onto the watch.
