    Exercising helps to calm our mind and body. I enjoy walking and swimming. Laughter is still the best medicine. Say "Ha Ha Ha" and feel better. Practice Laughter Wellness.

      Sugar for me is addictive and has been proven to be a cause of stress.

      ​@@chana5770Ever since I've started eating a very low carb diet I notice that too many carbs (especially sugar) make my heart rate increase.

      Interesting thought. But life is stressful, sometimes more, sometimes less. And things that can help - exercise, meditation, healthy diet, breathing, therapy, whatever...I would say they can all have value. I don't know if anyone can ever "fix" everything, so to speak.🤷‍♂️
