    Please can you help with an old video of yours about the impact m3 homemade moderator...
    Loving your videos, they've helped me know end with my R10. I've recently bought an M3 and the shop said you don't need an additional moderator, the standard is quiet enough but in my opinion it can never be to quiet. So, before buying a new mod. I thought I'd try something like what you've done here. But not having the tools or skills, I order a 3d printed baffle on line, wrapped it me felt. Its definitely quieter but I'm now getting a quiet hiss of air, like if it's trying to squeeze out of somewhere. Any advice, help it would be so much appreciated. Do I need to drill 1mm hole at the back of the moderator or shroud..?? It would be so much easier if you sold your items rather than us lesser mortals trying to replicate your work...lol.. and a good way to make money to help fund your videos, instead of merchandise.

    Only thing I would change is I would put a few small holes on the top so it acts as a compensator as well (helping push the muzzle down)
    Other than that, this is gorgeousssss!!! I would 100% buy one of these!! Great job

    Have you tested in terms of accuracy? I’m in Canada. Does anyone sell it in Canada? If not, how much would it cost to send it to Vancouver Canada? The exchange rate is terrible in terms of Canadian dollars. Might be too expensive, but let me know anyway.

    Very nice design. Nice place to mount a front globe sight for use with a diopter. Has it affected the noise much? Been toying with the idea of doing something like this for my PX5, but that has quite bit of bark without a moderator on the end.

      It's a little louder but we have a modified shroud so still better than most up the range👍

    Could you make a muzzle brake with a way to put a tube around it?? To get the benefit of the muzzle brake but also the cut the sound a bit??? It that possible??

    • @MrValke011
      @MrValke011 Рік тому

      Just use a moderator, about the same effect as a muzzlebrake but with sounddampening.

    • @KevinWood44
      @KevinWood44 Рік тому

      @@MrValke011 Turns out I figured this out. I wish I could show you pics. I have an M3, it came w the FX moderator, which is just empty tube. My muzzle brake (a Just the Tip Tactical) fits perfeectly inside that tube. I have not accuracy/precision testing yet but I did get it to work.
      I can say that a muzzle brake got me better precision than a Donny FL Ronin....but obviously the sound is different worlds. With very high tunes you need to get rid of that air from behind the slug. .25 cal shooting at roughly 1000fps reg at 180 has a lot of air behind it

  • @paulspeller968

    very nice mate . will be interesting to see the results with and without the muzzle break when you get around to it . was thinking about one for the 510 tactical but it’s not 1/2 inch unf it really an issue though just wonder if it’s worth it accuracy wise 👌

    Hi Jeff, I have a Feinwerkbau P70 and is firing at 6.1ft lbs after testing 8.6, 8.2 and 10.6 grain pellets through a chrono. I’m looking into making it 12ft lbs. Is this something that is doable? I’m struggling to find anyone in the UK that deals with this brand of rifle. Any help would be massively appreciated.
