When you said switch it up each phase at the end did you mean switching what exercises we do each phase?
Yep! Switching the exercises for sure, and then switching the rep ranges but only if it's necessary for that movement pattern.
How can I work this in if I’m already doing the Men’s league domination program.
Once per week! You have no scheduling restrictions adding this one in, just don't do it on the same day as one of your domination workouts 💪
