Yep, pedestrian life in Indonesia is really tough, even for a normal and healthy bodied people. So you can imagine how difficult it is for low vision people like me to walk outside at night or in the rain.
Poor Jinny. She needs like a bodyguard or something these days
This is just one of many tourist deterrent method installed on purpose.

when you come in to indonesia, while you're walking on the street
do not forget to double check the ground and straight forward while you're walking, and it might be will save your life
just a random advice
Watch your back from wild motorcycle, watch your front from monster truck, watch under for trap hole, you sometimes even need to watch up for random electricity cable or falling fruit. In short, just develop ultra instinct when you walk here.

All I can say is that jinny is not made for the streets... she is too naive and doesn't pay attention where she is going. With all the weirdo snipers she get, getting crazy stalkers, and just a few months back she got her phone snatched, she isn't careful at all about sharing her location. She has zero sense of safety for irl streaming, so idk how she is able to get around off stream. I think this is some lesson for all irl streamers, is that chat isn't always going to be able to save their asses in every situation.

Jinnytty is my favorite IRL streamer. It upsets me to see her get hurt like this, and she could have really got hurt badly. I hope that she heals well; I think she will. We all make mistakes, however, it seems that she is in a very very dangerous country. Do they even have speed limits on that Boulevard/Highway???? There wasn't even a bright orange cone to warn of a pit in the sidewalk??? That's fuctup. Unacceptable living conditions.
We all make mistakes sure. But we're not all dumbass streamers looking at chat instead of paying even a bit of attention. She's on the side of a road in the dark. Moron should have a light on forward anyway

Welcome to your average 3rd world country. Also if you do IRL streams in countries you don't know you gotta be prepared for everything. Honestly what happened to her is not that bad, imagine getting shot, stabbed or kidnapped in a stream. That could be worse.

My guess is she tossed her phone up and she caught herself on the sides using her arms. Then she pulls herself up. That's why you can see the sky on stream for a few seconds.She suffered some scrapes on her legs which probably hit against the side of the hole. She's definitely lucky it wasn't worse. If she had fully fallen down, she likely would have broken her leg, ankle, or foot.

When are people going to learn to actually pay attention when walking verse looking at their phones. She's lucky to be okay because that looks crazy suspect. What if someone did that in attempt to kidnap children or woman? Her situational awareness level is at about zero. She got out of the hole but then spent about 4 minutes sitting there in the dark, not at all paying attention to what's behind her. Wouldn't be me. It's dark out. Put all your stuff in your book bag, pay attention to where you're walking, and hurry your butt up.
