I 100% get that however some people watch him to help with his mental health I wouldn’t call it toxic I’d call it selfish

He’s struggled with his health issues I’m pretty sure. He said he had blood pressure and weight issues. And I know from experience with the blood pressure thing that when you’re in your mid 20’s close to 30’s, you get this reality check that you aren’t invincible. Life hits you in your face and you start to think about how finite your life is and you go through this sort of existential nightmare. And through that you realize that fame, cars, money, that all means nothing compared to who’s there by your side in your worst moments.

@@whoyacallinpinhead Didn't know he had blood pressure issues. I totally agree with you I'm 35 and last year was my reality check. Went to hospital for a heart attack.. it was high blood pressure out of control. been on pills for over 12 months..much better now but the pills make you feel tired/fatigued and my brain feels slower than before.. High blood pressure is no joke. Fkn sucks makes you have to adjust your life in massive ways. I don't know how he streams all the time with high blood pressure. Take those breaks timmy, take those breaks.

i went to school with tim from kindergarten to like 9th grade. genuinely a good dude. always had a positive outlook on life, regardless of what bullshit life threw at him.
I dont think people realise that these massive streamers are regular people and go through the same struggles as everyone else sometimes even harder things in the background

Having a kid does it to you, never was an emotional guy myself and for the most part I'm still not. But when it comes to my son, he put a huge crack in my armor for sure, I can tear up just by him watching a football game with me and enjoying it, lol its weird.

I had day off yesterday and he was falling asleep next to me on the bed snuggled in. Happiest most peaceful experience ever. pure love. Sometimes doing absolutely nothing but being together is perfect.

Mental health is more important than anything else. If you ever feel like something is holding you back from your best. You need to take a step back and figure out what needs changing whether it’s a job/ location/ or the people you surround yourself around.

That's the thing about streaming. For someone to get to the place where they can make a living comfortably from streaming, it takes work. And some people dont see that sort of work as being work. They think that work is only limited to clocking on and off and doing it again.
But as streamer you have to put your 100% into it. Burnouts do occur with any streamer but taking that break and coming back just makes it that much sweeter when you do come back.
Tim is a good hearted guy… I’m glad he made it in life. He’s a real one ❤️

I have been watching you for a while now and to be 100 with you I am 30 and been in some pretty ruff spots in my 3 decades and things in life just get ruff and take a toll on you mental health and alot of other things that most people havent lived or even came close to dealing with in their lives and most likely wont. Some people have it better than alot of people out there. The term walk a mile in my shoes is real because Im sure that nobody ever goes through the same thing anyone else goes through and if they do it's a select few. Love ya man. To everyone in your chat that are toxic and try to make you feel bad about anything you want to do I really believe they are just haters because they dont have anything close to what you have and most likely are just chumps wanting to put people down because they arent happy with them selves. My father was absent from my childhood and it took it's toll on my mental health growing up and to this day, long story. I hope you keep your son close and give him the time he deserves. It will make the difference in his life. Never forget that your kid(s) are most important thing once you have them, nothing else is as important as that child.

I completely get this 100%. Rn I’m working hard labor in a machine shop. Same hours as Tim 40-50+ hours. Plus trying to grow my channel and my twitch to one day be able to do my dream job which is to become a content creator. Posting on UA-cam & live streaming on twitch. Getting head wrapped up in some days are rough. Thinking while doing hard labor “what am I gonna post today” or “will I get this video or stream out.” “Will I get to do this one day”. It’s all hits different in many ways. Feel this bro 100%. Big respect to Tim.

People that act like streaming isn’t a job don’t realise how many hours and how much effort goes in to their stream and the content they provide. The blokes got a kid and a family and needs a break to spend time with them, as someone who has spent time on deployment, you need the time at the end of it to decompress and enjoy the moments with your family

i get it man. i have my son sitting on my lap watching this video. i work 50 hour weeks as a gm of a restaurant. i am usually dead tired after work. i work 6-4, 7-5, 10-8, 1-11 shifts. some days i only get to see my son for a few hours before either he or i are ready for bed. spending time with him is all i wanna do, and most nights i come home and fall asleep on the couch before diner is done. i have a SAHW. but she is tired after teaching him all day. i know what you mean. thankfully chipotle gives me plenty of PTO and i can usually take a day or two extra off every few weeks.

I don't really watch Tim that much, but this made me tear up cause it get it. Life is yours for the living, no matter what you're doing as your JOB to survive, you will feel the need to step back, enjoy the stuff you're working hard as fuck for, imagine working hard to not enjoy it??? What's the point, you just burn out, you end up saying nothing is worth it... I am a father myself and the why he got emotional is bcs the time he gets to spend with his son (days off and stuff) still feels like it aint enough. time flies by bro and they grow up so fast the time that you get together is still too short sadly.

been watching him since 2014. he's always kept it real and I respect him a lot.
There's also a big problem where a lot of people find it lame to be sincere. They mask every single thing they say in sarcasm and humor because it's cringey to be sincere. So when someone tries to speak from the heart, they get made fun of. Sincerity isn't a weakness, it's a strength and screw anyone who thinks otherwise.

I'm glad this video came from someone like Tim who can point it out. As a small streamer/ content creator and a single parent, I feel this one real deep. It very hard to balance when I edit/ stream and be a father. Some times when I have taken breaks in the past it hurt my viewership and I pretty much have to start over. I would like for this to be my main job, but for now I must work a full time job and be a father and do streaming/ content creation I have felt burn out before. So I know the meaning of taking a break. Just wish it wouldn't hurt small streamers as much as it tends to do.
People don’t understand that some famous people weren’t just handed fame. They worked their asses off to get where they’re at atm. Tim & Nick are the best content creators in my eyes.
When I man cries it one of two things they loved someone that has passed away or because of there KIDS my mom has always told you will never know what it feels like till you’re a parent and she is 100 percent right it’s hard to explain what it’s like all I can say is it feels like you need to protect them at all cost it’s a wired feeling

I’ve been working my job for about 4 months now and literally yesterday I told my boss I needed to take today off for the first time since I started. I felt like I was doing something wrong and they really tried to get me to work. I’m glad I saw this video it really made me understand that I was doing the right thing for me. Salute Tim!

Plus if you are mad that someone has a day off and you don't guess what you chose your job and if you dont like it change it dont he mad at the other person for living a happy life and you aren't. Mental health is a serious problem. Sadly a lot of people ask for help or even talk to someone when it is already too late.
