Ari Emanuel is a noted democrat. If you're going to critique TKO about having Trump supporters let's also talk about Chris Jericho, Young Bucks, Tony Khan, etc.

@@ReggieBFine-vg6et Ithey can’t control what Dana does , plus AEW was airing anti trump ads last week . It probably al little of both in both companies . It just that WWE has alway been more open about it

@@ReggieBFine-vg6et This is a solid point. If you ever listen to us we have talked about Jericho ad nauseam and his MAGA bull shit. The Bucks have hinted at being MAGAs but I haven’t seen any damning evidence to suggest that they are outside of hints. If you have some evidence please send it my way because I got no problem calling it out. As for TK, I have seen zero proof that he is MAGA outside of his father Shad admitting that he voted for Trump but regrets it. That is not proof that TK is MAGA though and him being a crybaby does not count. Jericho’s wife, on the other hand, attended the insurrection. He can’t get anymore MAGA than that unless he was there with her. Please point out any and all MAGAs in wrestling to us. I got no problem calling those fools out. It has to be real proof though and not conjecture. *Kris Ealy*

Hogan at this RNC rally was decades in the making
As for politics in a wrestling theme show, well, politics have been in wrestling for decades !
Social politics, economical politics, race, foreign policies, etc.
Everytime the crowd chants USA USA, whats that supposed to represent?
    Its not patrioticism
JohnCena low key plays into political views throughout his career

I was completely surprised by the way this conversation went (sarcasm)
I say it all the time when shows that doesn’t typically cover politics starts covers something that bleeds into politics, It’s better if you have at least one person on who doesn’t agree with the rest of the panel.

First; Thanks for listening to our show. Second, I do appreciate this feedback but I am going to have to kickback slightly. What kind of disagreements would you like. In todays political environment, I am not sure what kind of constructive disagreements we can have with MAGAs especially if they start veering into anti DEI, anti trans, or anti anything that involves caring about peoples’ humanity. I can have a good faith argument all day with a Republican that believes in small government and stuff like that but I don’t think it does our audience any good to entertain wracked out arguments. *Kris Ealy*

@@EasyAttack Thanks for responding. I understand where you’re coming from, I just think that when we talk about these things it’s harder but better to have the other side represented. That accomplishes either exposing, understanding or both. Understanding someone while disagreeing is key.
Personally, politics has bled into nearly every facet of my life and I have very few outlets left to get away from it. So it sucks when I’m watching one of those outlets and it’s just more politics. But again, thank you for responding and for not being a dick.

This podcast will never reach that next level because they are extremely biased to one side of the political aisle. Does the Republican party have problematic politicians and celebs? Yes. Does the Democratic party? Absolutely. But they rarely if ever criticize the Left.
I want to enjoy my time listening to them but it just leaves me with this feeling that somehow I'm the problem because my views don't perfectly align with theirs. We could have our differences and appreciate them, but not to the point where I am made to feel less than.
Such a shame really. I'll just have to find another podcase to replace this one.

Okay, bro. What show were you listening to? I went on AT LEAST a 15 minute diatribe about how feckless the Democrats are!!! Like, seriously go back and listen. You sound like a Republican posing as one of those “both sides are bad” arguers when in actuality, you just want us to be nice to MAGAs. You ain’t gonna get ‘both sidesisms’ from us. Thanks for listening though. *Kris Ealy*

@scotthardie5141 what a deranged take. Not everyone you disagree with is a bigot.
