Yeah, the version of JSRF that's paired with Sega GT 2002 is super cheap, it's the standalone US version that goes for ~$300 according to Pricecharting, although that's only in "New" (sealed) condition, complete-in-box is still relatively affordable at ~$77. But, yeah, I don't think there's any non-big-money-collector reason to not just buy a used copy of the combo disk unless the standalone version has differences that I'm not aware of beyond packaging and disk art.
