what do you mean cast on 8 to 16 stitches..is it 8 or 16? I love watching your videos..great tutorials to learn things....Pat

skooterbird They are for the strap. You can cast on between 8-16 sts depending on the size of your mug. In the video I did 16 but found it was really long and covered the motif. You can cast on as many as you need and it wont affect the pattern.
