Ha the math doesn’t add up but that how long it said the run was on google but I will have to do it again with the gps on to actually know! Thanks for the sub!👊🏼
Those were some gnarly moguls to take like that, you are crazy! Such a sick video and also sick footage as well! What settings are you running on the camera for this?
My best run ever when I was an instructor at Creekside in high school was getting a spring bump up to the peak at 8am before ski school with other instructors. Fresh griooy Groomers to Creek with no one on the hill. I think we were in the 8-9 min range, it was amazing flying over rollers with no one on the hill. I think we took Saddle down though. Your run was lunacy here. Will they ever groom it again?
My friend and I do the same on Blackcomb side. Saudan coloir, rip down to excelerator, and down to the village. Great way to find out if your legs still work (they won't by the end)
How much do the skis help with keeping planted and tracking in a straight line? I feel like the second I start going quick over moguls and ice like that my skis wanna go multiple directions all at once... you're a mad man Stan, can't wait to see more from you this winter!! Awesome clip 🔥
Ha I wish this was this year but this was last March. I won’t be skiing until February. Just trying to make content from last season while I can’t ski. 😔
Need to hit that first thing on a groomed morning then you can let fly with no danger to other riders because the air time off some of those rollers is nuts! You'll easily cut that minute (or more). 👍 (Hope your knee is improving).
I remember when they used to groom it but I think it's honestly been years at this point since the last time they groomed it top to bottom? I'm not sure it's happened since Vail bought Whistler?
Stan… I’m sure if Peak to Creek is groomed you can do it in less than 4 minutes for sure. The rest of us would’ve blown up on the first section of bumps.
I have had a few comments on that! He sure did!!! I’ll tackle it again when they groom it too to bottom it’s a whole different ball game when it’s moguls and dirt. 😝
I've done it faster when it was groomed with no snow to the bottom. Done it like this before too, gets so sketch at the bottom just cooking through moguls and rollers when your legs are fried. I almost like the top to bottom run on Blackcomb better. It's normally groomed too.
@@stanrey7 very respectable time considering the moguls & mud 😂 been wanting to try this again for a few years now, 4:20 is super fast but i think it's doable... challenge accepted 🔥
this guy is nothing but sick. I can truly appreciate the precision of keeping safely away from all the noobs. well done!
You gotta keep your head on a swivel.
Now Whistler ski patrol's most wanted man. That last minute was nuts. Maybe scout out the bare spots next time, ya lunatic
Nah what would the fun be in that Timmy?
@ i forgot how much you love rehab! My bad.
On the ski patrol, can confirm he's the most wanted. Gnarly run though
@@jackr8128 😂
Of all the crazy things you've done, this is one of the craziest! How did your legs not explode halfway down!!!
You obviously haven’t skied with me enough then!😅
@@stanrey7we all know your legs were screaming by the end, no matter how cool you play it haha
As someone who has had 3 knee operations (so far) I thoroughly enjoyed this.
Ha I’m currently rehabbing from my second. Hopefully I don’t have a 3rd one. Glad you enjoyed it!
@@stanrey7video looks like great rehab lmao

That was actually pretty sick. I laughed out loud at a couple parts where you just charged full speed into moguls and dirt patches 😂
Haha I was just trying to survive at that point.
Contrails. My legs were burning one minute into your vid. My best time was 20+ mins hahaha. Good job!
Nice work Stan. I’m impressed with how much you talk while cruxing, but then I’m not surprised at all.

Sounds like a crazy run! I'll have to give it a shot over on blackcomb!
That was insanely fast!
It could be faster though with prime conditions. I will rebate it at some point!
Savage run! 🔥
Just awesome!
Glad you like it!👊🏼
That was gnarly.
Think you could keep up?
4:20… nice
👊🏼😝
That was bad ass. The dirt moguls looked treacherous.
Now thats vert!
I rode the creek side runs as they were building it out the gondola, the only time I ever managed to score a full pillow line was during that time.
Impressive to say the least!!!! Wow!!!!
🤙🏽

Not much in icy moguls, the only thing that will help you is squats in the gym! Haha

I might have to make this a series!

At least I kept my skiing licence!😂
Damn. Early season conditions, coming off knee surgery crazy. Would have loved to see the telemetry of the run.

Those are the Salomon Stance 96!
My heart was pumping while watching this.....😢
😜
Having done that run many times - dang that was rowdy. That bottom bit was gnarly. When was this?
It was rowdy indeed. This was last March.
Bonkers! Most of us mortals make more turns on the first three pitches than you did in total.
Wow, you're a monster!! How do you like the stance 96? Just bought a pair but have not gotten to use them yet!
I love them for shredding the resort! Such a fun and versatile ski! Have fun ripping on them this winter!
Stan you’ve got to do a groomed later season version so we can all race you
If they groom it
@@brockoli1209 I like this idea!
The bottom looked rough oh my lord
It was indeed.
That's really impressive, especially on the mogul parts. I consider myself a good skier, but on some parts even I was astonished.
heck yes.

Nice video! what camera do you use?
Thanks! I use the gopro max!
Great video
Thanks for watching!

Would have been great if you had a gps. Because 6.9 miles in 5:20. No way you were averaging more than 60mph on that run.
You’re not wrong. I just googled how long peak to creek was and that’s what it told me but after doing the math it doesn’t add up. 😂

It’s very doable if they groom the bottom section! Carful over the blind rolls of it is.
