I shouldn’t even bring attention to this.. but who in their bloody mind would give this most informative video and sweetest lady on the planet a thumbs down 🤷♀️? I’m thinking they’re jealous that they can’t do as many things all at once like Nicola can do- playing the drums, while using feet to maneuvering base, watching emails, reading ebooks, she’s got all 4 limbs going at once- heck- sewing these amazing samplers is just one of her side things! Lol.
I think a lot of those may be accidents. I often notice that I have thumbs downed a video simply by brushing too close to the screen and I really hope I have caught them all and fixed them, but I’m not sure.
I wish I had seen this before I bought the Posilock stand last week!!!! This looks much sturdier and the fact that the frame is loose and can be flipped over instead of lifted up makes so much sense!
Hello Lisa - I use both hands too, one of the great benefits of the stand. The arms can be positioned where you want them and then by adjusting a knob fixed into position. I do not find they get in the way and can be repositioned at any time as your work across your linen. Hope this has helped. N xxx
Well I don't believe this... as my husband and I have been talking about making it too.. was it awkward or expensive to make. Sometimes it costs more to make than to buy... but good on you... very impressed.👍👍😉😉
Thanks for the demo. I would absolutely LOVE this setup, however, I am in the U.S. and wonder how long it would take to arrive. I will google this product now and do some research. Thanks again!
this is a great video but i was wondering if the supporting arms get in the way of stitching. i use both hands with one on top of the project and one under and it seems that maybe the arms would get in the way
can you tell me about the EZ cross stitch frame and what price and where to buy, got arthritis coming in hands and what something that will be good for me
This video is quite old now. Are there any updates? New frames you have found better etc. I love that stand you are showing. How would it be if you were relaxing back in the chair opposed to sitting more upright? Thank you
I ordered the stand 6 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. These stands are not cheap and the full payment is taken up front. I have phoned the company several times (they don’t answer emails) and each time I’m promised it will be with me shortly. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
Hi Nicola, it’s been several years since you posted this, but I see you’re still active on YT. Sadly, due to a back injury (failed back surgery or whatever), I’m needing to spend most of my time in bed now. Do you think this could be used in bed, from the side, maybe altered in some way? I know I need to check with the maker, but it makes a lot of sense to me to check with someone who routinely uses a product. That is, if you still do?
Hello Penny - I am sorry that you are suffering with your back. I have never tried to use the stand in bed. However, Needle Needs do have a lap stand that supports their frames.
Thank you. I so wanted to purchase one but the two plus year wait is more than I can handle at my age. Sure wish I could have experienced sewing with one.
Hola buenas tardes muy amplio y cómoda su bastidor para bordar ,donde lo compró ,me podría dar su dirección para comprarlo!yo le agradesco mucho, soy Patrícia Largacha de Ecuador,Manta
Hello Jayne Thank you for watching the video. I have no knowledge about the EZ frame but can recommend the Millennium Frame. You can find out more information about it at needleneeds.co.uk

Nicola, thank you so much. I believe these were the stand and stretcher videos which I remember viewing. You are amazing.
Lisa, I see your baby moving around nearby. It is beautiful. Pets are marvelous.
Thank you Nicola... have been looking at this stand.. looks very sturdy.
Great video, one of the best i have seen about frames. Thank you.
This video was incredibly helpful. Thank you so, so much!
Thank you for sharing, I have been looking for this information
That's a very different stand than the one on their website, yours is the one that I've been on their waitinglist for... for over three years.
Such a great demo! Good job!!!

You have a lovely home. This is a wonderful, informative vlog...perfect! Thank you so much. Take good care of you and yours.
My partner and I made a stand that looks almost exactly like this!
Well I don't believe this... as my husband and I have been talking about making it too.. was it awkward or expensive to make. Sometimes it costs more to make than to buy... but good on you... very impressed.👍👍😉😉

What do you do with all of your projects once they are finished?
great informative video!
Hello! Just found your video as I’m doing some research on this stand. Just wanted to know whether you are still enjoying after a few years?
My husband used these plans from stodoys and he's very satisfied.
Iveta - I use Floss-a-way bags
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Where can u get one. From US
They are only available from the maker Needle Needs in the UK.
need to know where you bought this stand at?
Just saw this. I really like the embroidery frame you have. What is it called and where can I get one.
This is a Neccessaire stand from Needle Needs. They are very good stands but you do have to wait a while as they are not mass produced.
@@nicolaparkman Thanks. I ordered one as a Christmas gift for....myself! In the meantime, my old one (slips all the time) will do.
Where can I order the frame please?
This video is quite old now. Are there any updates? New frames you have found better etc. I love that stand you are showing. How would it be if you were relaxing back in the chair opposed to sitting more upright? Thank you
There is a later video reviewing the newer stand

Hello, can I ask where did you buy that frame from? Thanks
Needle Needs in the UK. There is a long wait but it is worth it.
👍👍👍💐
What length are the long arms you have? I see that there is a set that fits a 14” or 18” side frame.
JoJo Hall i keep the longest support arms on my stand.
Thank you. I so wanted to purchase one but the two plus year wait is more than I can handle at my age. Sure wish I could have experienced sewing with one.
Hi I from Malaysia where I can buy this stand .

Hello Jayne
Thank you for watching the video. I have no knowledge about the EZ frame but can recommend the Millennium Frame. You can find out more information about it at needleneeds.co.uk
Can I use this for beading chiffon fabric too?
I love the dog in the background. Is that a boxer?
Hello - yes a boxer, you will often see a boxer in the background of my videos.
Nicola Parkman of Hands Across the Sea Samplers is it male or female?
That was Poppy, bless her she passed away 2 years ago. We miss her so much.

I ordered the millennium frame/stand March 2, 2019. How can I determine when it will be shipped? Thanks for any help you can provide.
