Received my millennium frame today!! I ordered it 15 weeks ago. It is beautifully crafted! After watching the videos it is not difficult to manage. I am loving it!!! Thank you for a beautiful frame!!!

This is the BEST frame I have ever used and trust me I have tried them all.
Best Frame available. Good customer service. I'm more than thrilled with this frame, excellent workmanship. I use mine with the screw part on the bottom of the frame so I can use it with my lowery stand without damaging the stretcher bars.
I receive my millenium frame after almost a year of waiting. I LOVE IT.
I ordered mine the end of February 2021 and just got it today. It took awhile, but I think it's worth the wait. I have tried so many hoops/frames/bars from other sources, and was always looking for the perfect ones. .I ordered the 20" and 30" top/bottom bars, and the 8-10" side bars. I've played around with it already and it seems like it will be amazing!
Absolutely LOVE my Needle Needs frames. As they are handmade do expect it to take a while for orders to be filled. If you are in a rush you can get similar frames at Omanik, only real difference is that the screw sides are plastic instead of wood, hence me favoring Needle Needs just know that an order can easily take a year to fill and admin is not their best part. If you can wait you will end up with a piece of craftsmanship that will last generations.
I had a similar experience as Sam Black. I ordered a frame and stand from needleneeds.co.uk and had not received it two months after the payment was received. I emailed my concerns to the website and did eventually receive my order 11 weeks after placing it. In the end it was wonderfully package and the frame and stand are beautifully constructed. My advice would be to take their projected shipping and handling time with a real grain of salt, but when it comes down to it the product is worth it.
I use this frame for a few years now and to be honest.... it's the best on the market. BUT I've been on a 'waiting list' for a stand/working station... also for a few YEARS. I emailed to ask for an update several times, but never got an answer.
A question.. I would make a work in viking embroidery style, but is a modern project for myself, I would use the Loden Wool fabric and traditional embroidery stiches, but in modern big design. So, I need a big frame for Loden Wool? Thank you!

Hello, what is real wait and ship times to US and cost? Do you have a printed sheet with sizes, etc and available options? What about a stand, etc. Please respond. Thank you
I ordered mine Jan 5th 2021, been 6 months already, waiting for the Frame Kit. I know it takes time to build but it be nice to know where on the waiting list we are standing. Waiting time keeps changing, at first 4-8 weeks, 6-8 months and now up to 12 months, It's crazy.

Could the delay be that they first honor local people and people from out of the country just have to wait. Just wondering. I'd like to place an order but this isn't a Birkin bag I'm buying. I would think that you should be able to be put on a list and when it is ready to ship they email you and then you send your payment via an online order and then it's a done deal instead of paying up front and not getting anything for months and months and not being satisfied with no communication from them.

Helen Beebe I bought one of these frames at a needlework show years ago and love it although it is quite heavy. (I stitch with one side resting on the arm of the couch). Then I added larger scroll bars from another show. I don’t think they do the shows anymore so the only way to get hold of it is by mail order and trust me you will wait for months whether you are in the uk or overseas. I know as I recently ordered a third set of bars. They did finally arrive after 10 months and 3 emails! If you can stand the stress of the wait I think it’s worth it as I’m currently using a 12 x 12 q snap for a quick project and the tension is nowhere near as good as the millennium. They will take your money immediately and customer service is poor to nonexistent so it’s up to you if you are prepared to wait nearly a year or possibly longer.

Hi, Are you still in business? As I have sent emails and not had any reply and have tried calling and got no answer.
Are these people still in business. Ordered just the frame in early January (which it stated on their web site was "in stock"). Finally emailed them several times this week to find out the status of my order and have yet to receive a response. Three emails, no response. Makes me a little worried and am considering disputing the charges with my cc company. You'd think they would at least respond to customer emails ... especially after already taking a customers money. Anyone know if they are out of business and I should dispute the charges?

name I ordered the frame in november and just received it two weeks ago. You got to be veeeeeeery patient, but its worth the wait !
I waited 2 years.... it finally came in the mail today. Customer service is a joke. I sent over 20 emails and countless phone calls over the 2 years and did not receive one response. They don't answer the phone. They would not refund my money. I got an email this week saying it was on its way after 2 years of waiting. Had I known this, i would have gone with someone else. I will never use this company again!
Ordered their standard frame, which was listed "in stock", in May,2016. It is now Feb. 2017, and no frame. They do not respond to any e mails. They are clearly frauds. Don't order from them!
badwolf54 Theynare NOT ‘clearly frauds’. If you want something mass produced, that will arrive quickly, then go somewhere else. These are beautifully made by ONE person. Try practicing patience, and try phoning them.

I have now been waiting for the basic frame for 16 months. Ordered in May of 2016. They don't even have the decency to return my money, since they apparently can't fill my order. They do not respond to any communications. Don't buy from these thieves!
I hope you managed to get your order or money back. On reading your comment I stopped my order. As I too sent emails asking if they were still in business and even called and got no answer. They sound like a very dodgy company. Maybe get in took with Trading Standards.
Honestly, all that loosen, tuck, unscrew and so on?? A simple scroll, loosen wing nuts, turn dowels, move cloth, tighten wing nuts......simple. You're doing too much fussing and less stitching.
After using scroll frames with dowels/nuts, basting the fabric to the canvas strip etc. for years I finally got the Millenium one - and i am NEVER going back to anything else! Cannot achieve the amount of tightness with scrolls, slit bars. The video might look more complicated that the reality - once you get the knack of it, it is easy as breathing, it DOES take under 5 minutes to set a new project on this frame, tight as a drum; under 2 minutes to disassemble it to take your project on the road/class/workshop. With this one I certainly do more stitching than fussing :)
I have now waited over six months. I believe that some have waited longer. Would not be so annoyed if they had not taken my money up front, or had bothered to answer my e-mails. Do not order this!
