MERCILESS Elizabeth in 4 Turns (FASTEST Kill w/ DLC) - Persona 3 Reload

- Greetings! This video will show you how you can beat elizabeth in persona 3 reload on merciless difficulty. The challenge I gave myself here is to beat her in the least amount of turns possible. Beating her in 4 turns requires a lot of RNG. Also, DLC Personas are MANDATORY for this fight as the driver skills allow you to push elizabeth to phase 2 on the first turn.
Every turn, certain checks must be passed in order to beat her in 4 Turns.
Turn 1 - Cendrillon crit for 7k using Scarlet Havoc
Turn 2 - Fuuka Charge and God's Hand Crit
Turn 3- Use pixie to do diarahan skip by repelling Thor's God hand. Rakunda for more reflect damage.
Turn 4 - Theurgy fully recharged for Armageddon

for anyone who had trouble with doing this in 4 turns like I did. I had to do a crit vorpal blade attack between Cendrillion and Johanna, then everything else was the same. overall great guide helped me with my merciless run, thanks

@@tuviaso it's definitely possible with this build. 7-7.1k is the very upper limit of damage for a maxed out Cendrillon from what I experienced. Just gotta prayge harder and keep resetting.

Seems inconsistent if Fuuka has to charge Scarlet Havoc. It is interesting to know you can beat her in 4 turns.
The whole thing pretty much relies on RNG. Need to hit upper limit for damage values while critting. Also, Fuuka ruined probably a quarter of my attempts xD
Even if you do 7 turns kill without DLCs, you still need to mid-highroll crit SH (and highroll crit Akasha if you go for 6 turns kill) and pray that Elisabeth doesn't rakukaja on 2nd turn and/or tarunda on 3rd before entering 2nd phase on top of Fuuka charge/focus instead of heatrise the already heatrisen protag. At least with DLCs you can skip 2 of her action RNGs.
fuuka theurgy is random right?
@@rwgarchia5187 random in what effect it will do between buff or fully charge. For healing it seems to proc more the more you are actually hurt/have low SP. But I’ve only ever had the healing trigger if my HP was low.

You can use any persona technically. However I chose pixie cuz of the mirror swag and also because its one of the personas with the lowest stats. This means reflect damage is also higher? (not too sure of this tho since I didn't test with other personas) Maybe someone in here knows.
@@JiggehFly does it? Could be wrong but I always thought the damage calculation would be done with the recipients endurance. So Elizabeths attack vs her endurance but I have never thought about it. I'll do some testing later on
@@JiggehFly it goes off Elizabeth’s stats I’m pretty sure because she takes more damage from the reflect in higher difficulties. It’s 600-800 in normal and I know it’s around 1k-1.2k damage In merciless. Not sure about hard.

How did you make the pixie? I tried to fuse for her, but she only has one skill inheritance slot. Did you use skill cards? I can't find any record online on how to get the repel skill cards
You can get the repel skill cards for strike, slash and pierce from shuffle time Swords. You'll need to activate arcana burst to unlock the higher tier skill cards. Also, these skill cards are only obtainable from the last block of Tartarus in the true ending route. For the complete list of skills you can also look up the complete list made by aqiu384 on github.

I'd recommend using the fusion calculator for it. Google it, it would help TONS.
Okay, many dumb questions: would you all say this is doable on normal mode? Can I bring my other units?
So, I can just change Pixie to any persona with Repel Strike & Endure right? and on turn 3, I can just use any skills that are not Armageddon?
Yep, any persona can fill in for Pixie here. Turn 3, you want to use Rakunda (use the persona skill, don't use items to debuff defense) since this will allow you to have full theurgy to Armageddon on turn 4.
does this work on hard the same way, or does it fuck it up due to her dealing less dmg with the repel, or is it the same because we also deal more dmg?
Hmm haven't tried on hard but should be more or less the same. Definitely easier to do the first check for 7k+ damage. Just make sure you end phase 2 with reflect to skip
How hard is this to pull off? Did it require a lot of resets to get the right RNG?
I'll be honest, I had around 6 hours of footage total (wasn't counting the number of attempts) until I finally got the run. It's all about luck tho so yeah just pray the stars align if you wanna attempt this

During yesterday’s battle with Elizabeth on Easy, (I don’t care about the difficulty as I’m tired of challenges in certain games and I don’t care what anyone thinks) She only used her insta-kill Megidolaon on me only once right before I annihilated her with Armageddon, yes I used Enduring soul which Orpheus Telos had. I used no Drain, Repels or Null passive skills. Persona’s I used Chi You and Orpheus Telos.
Moves I used for Damage were mostly charged Diamond Dust and The King and I. Once I learned the order to watch for Alice, I used Loki to resist Die for Me, though I was caught off-guard with the second one in a different phase while I had Chi You only for the Homonculus to prevent it. It took me more than 4 attempts to take her out.

@@thexenocide6013 Actually Elizabeth is not New Game Plus exclusive in P3R and other versions, she can be fought in a regular save starting in January after finishing the first 100 of her requests. I went through more than 95% of the game on Peaceful, doing everything on strict schedule using guides, finishing all social links, social stats, leveling everyone to 99, Getting strong personas and Elizabeth’s requests.
I changed to Easy as soon I prepared to face Elizabeth because I saw on other videos that battling her on Peaceful is worse because she will keep insta-killing players who revive during the fight.
I later fought Jin after I dealt with Elizabeth before I changed to Normal for Takaya and Nyx. As a result of all that and the above, New Game Plus became completely unnecessary for me.
I already played two Persona 3 games before Reload: FES on Normal, The Answer(Hard by default) and Portable on Easy.
In the end, I have my own gaming preferences and everyone has theirs.

RNGsus has abandoned me, it seems. I just cannot clear that 7k minimum on the first turn. My Cendrillon is maxed out and everything. 40 attempts now and I only cleared 7k 3 times. Of those two, Fuuka didn't charge and on the other my gauge didn't fill up completely.

Guide for fusing them? Or was it all skill cards?
All the skills in these builds have skill cards for them if I'm not mistaken. Only the driver skills (slash and strike driver) are inherent to Cendrillon and Johanna.
My Scarlet Havoc is only doing like 6150 damage with crit. my cendrillon is max strength, so im confused why its not doing 7k+, but does is matter that it has extra stats due to equipped armor, cause im using lucifers blade which is +7 and a charm that is +3 which means the actualy St is about 90 not 99
You should be able to hit 7k+ with the same build and max stats. Probably just not hitting those high rolls on SH. As far as I know the extra stats past 99 don't matter unlike in persona 5. In my experience I remember that I tried testing with mitsuru and koromaru agility and bonus stats but protag still moved first with no bonus stats and all are at 99 agi.
You know what's really funny. I just defeated her by clutching an extra crit after the first one didn't deal enough damage. I just spoke a little too soon. However, thank you for the guide & the fast response, I really appreciate it.@@JiggehFly

This boss was so stupid when i didnt understand and just continually got megidolon spamed because i didnt know the null penalty until I figured it out from sheer force.

Is this patched? I did all the steps and I was one term short on the theory (my lat attack wasn't a Crit but she was still Belo half hp)
Never mind, I just learned getting a Crit charges theogony faster and I just beat her .... Well this is awkward (I'm not doing this strat specific, but I did do the phase 3 skip)

How do I get enduring soul skill card
Its from shuffle time swords. You need arcana burst and shuffle time from shadows on floor 250+. This can also only be done on the final day of the true ending route if i'm not mistaken.
Wait when she is going to use thor to hit with the charge attack and you reflect that….she skips the diarahan for that turn?

Nah, she straight up says you have to do it solo.
@@JiggehFly I know but if you can beat her in 4 turns can you beat her in two with full party. Everyone with endure and enduring soul? For example if you skip first phase with scarlet havoc does she cast rakunda and charge or goes straight for megidoloan?
@@pawep2966 Yeah, even if you did that she will still always cast Rakunda and mind charge before using her first megidolaon. Remember, this only happens in phase 2 above 10k HP. If you knock her down to below 10k on turn one with damage then you won't get to do the diarahan skip. So basically if you want this done faster you're probably going to have to 1 shot her.
Ever time I do this method on hard I am 227 damage left over on her after Armageddon nuke

You can actually cheese her easier. Merciless runs you make a goemon and use king and i when she is on surt. Should do between 8-9k. Then you just reflect as normal and Armageddon

Nope. You can do this in a NG playthrough. You just have to keep doing her requests. She'll eventually ask you to defeat the reaper and after that she'll challenge you herself.

Did you go to the Fortune teller to get the soul fortune?

I seen people one shot her for 34k damage, why you need all those conditions to defeat her?
Those were probably done on easier difficulties where you can one shot her with Scarlet Havoc. All those conditions are specifically for beating Elizabeth within 4 turns on the merciless, where you do significantly less damage.
hope this gets show nto more people i went to challenge elizabeth without prior knowledge and essentially went frick this and left as much as i love p3 this boss is pretty bs due to the fact that you have to follow rules and idc if she has 20k health or a 9999 megidlaon i just want to fight her on fair terms
Out of all my attempts Johnna has yet to hit a crit and it’s getting really stupid cause I have all of the crit boost skills

So what is the fastest and most reliable strategy and persona combo to beat her?
Pretty much same as the builds I've shown if you're using DLC.
Without DLC will just take an additional turn because of significantly less damage. Also depends on the difficulty. Fastest ive seen:
Peaceful - 2 turns, 1hit kill (Rakunda Scarlet Havoc)
Merciless - 4 turns with DLC and 5 without.
But what strategy is most reliable 6 turn or 7 turn kill strategy?
Naw, how tf fid your SH crit for 7k+. I must have ran this 50 times and never got it.
A lot of people have had the same issue, just keep trying, its definitely possible. Probably one of the hardest checks to clear if you're trying to do this

Hang on i thought if you have any null, absorb or reflect on your personas that you break her ruleset and she instant kills you
Having the skill/inmate itself isn't illegal, it's only when you nullify any of her damage

I think she was still pretty decent challenge if you aren't familiar with the boss fight yet. Pretty sure majority of people who aren't probably had to look up a guide to defeat her. Once you know the mechanics and attack pattern the fight becomes way more manageable.
Okay so yes but no. I like that they dumbed her down a bit because the original required way more prep because of how bad random fusion results are and that she wouldn’t even let you block status ailments in the original. I fused an Orpheus Telos for 8 hours to get the skills I wanted, and because skill cards weren’t a thing, I blocked rage. Only thing I nulled. Got instantly megidolaoned. I said fuck this I’m not spending another 8 hours fusing this and moves on to other games. So I’m finally glad I got to actually pseudo beat her in this version of the game. The QOL and being able to block status ailments is a blessing. I like a boss to be hard but not annoyingly so like P3 Elizabeth was.
@@InfinityZeroEXDemi-Fiend may be more annoying on DDS and SMTV but at least you can manage which skills to choose. Not sure about Imagine though. (There's a Demi-Fiend boss fight in SMT imagine.)
@@ryanp7546 all SMT bosses are annoying, but for the most part they are still more fair then Elizabeth because they don’t restrict your access to your full party. The only annoying thing about them usually are how spongey the bosses are while having RNG moments in the fight. I beat all of SMTV and Devil Survivor. I’ve played SMTIV but never beat it. Been meaning to get around to it, but my 3DS that I’ve had for awhile no longer holds a charge.

I never faced her but would Armagedón defeat her quicker? Since it does like 9999 from what I seen.
Since Elizabeth has 20k total HP, Armageddon won't be enough to take her down from the get go. Also if you do Armageddon and she survives, she'll start spamming diarahan to flex on you and kill you with Megidolaon.
Actually rethinking this after every Armagadden you would need to have a full heal for SP and HP. So, it wouldn't work
