That’s the purpose of my channel brother . I’m a mother of 6 and i had my first baby a month before 18. Marami ng cases of depressed dyan sa atin that breaks my heart dahil dumaan din ako sa panic attack. Ang dami ko ng dinaanang pagsubok sa pag papamilya ng hindi handa ang masaklap pa po is galing n po akong taiwan bago ko na experience ito. Valuim did no help me calm down & i could not take more than 2 tabs . God healed me through fervent prayer, crying, listening to Christian songs, bible studies kla ko po hindi n ako mkka punta ng Canada coz nka process papers from Taiwan. But God promised nothing is impossible with God, He made it possible now mag 20 yrs na ako dito. To God be all the glory my great healer❤
I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder too. Did you feel uncontrollable sadness too? Like parang nawawalan ka na ng pag asa sa lahat? Parang melancholy.
Yes yes! Minsan bigla sya umaatake at may mga extreme sadness moments din ako..

Sis God will heal you. Listen to Christian songs that can make you cry & will give you relief. There is healing in crying & battle field of your mind. Listen to audio bible me sa Proverbs ako nakinig ng nakinig coz it gave wisdom. Kung paano po ako pinagaling papagalingin din kayo ni God seek Him first (Matthew 6:33) (Matthew 11:28-30)

Let’s focus on the positive thoughts not the negative because Satan injects this to our minds pra mas marami pang masiraan ng bait.
