- I hadn't went over this in months so easy on me lol, everybody has been messaging to do one so I hurried up and posted one. I can do a better one that's more detailed later in the week.
Good inspection, I guarantee you I've forgotten half the stuff you went through. Thanks for the refresher course. Your a future DOT Inspector. Remember to always be safe and pay attention to your surroundings.
Remembering the pre trip was probably one of the hardest parts of the CDL test for me. Great video

I work at a Distribution Center and asked one of our everyday drivers and he said the Reflective tape has to be at 50% visible around the trailer.

I remember that day I took my test at the dmv.. 😅 the lady made me run through the whole pre trip bumper to bumper. I was hella thirsty after I finally completed it 😂

Wow girl very impressive for someone's whos been outa CDL school for a year. I'm going back to driving again and this video is a great reminder needed for an accurate pre trip inspection .Thank you for the refresher course. I just subscribed and I'm glad your back on the road after getting hit in Cali. Also kllm I like they give two day paid resets. But I'm guessing they can't promise you home on two day resets tho, right?
Great job on the pre-trip tutorial, hate to be a kill joy,but that was actually the a/c compressor that you pointed out as the alternator.

The fact that there's so much to remember for the pre trip inspection is a pro and a con for new drivers, I know that was the part that took me the longest to get. You did great though
Nice job on explaining everything. Bolts on the trailer are called rivets and the lights on the trailer are called clearance lights. I think that was what you were trying to think of.

Good luck!! Prime is a good company to go to but they only do reefer or flat bed that’s why I didn’t go with them.

You did an excellent inspection the way I was Potts Point inspections of a truck and trailer there is 110 checks on the trucks 115 when the trailer is hooked up to the track and make sure the Dot bars on there

I remember when I got my cdl my pre trip I studied over and over and when tested I kid you not I got at least 98% word per word. My instructor was shocked made me feel good because I really studied that pre trip. That was for A,B,& C - dps coupling & inside cab & air brake test. 😊
I make sure that 5 of the lugs 18-wheel truck and trailer are tight and not loose five of the lugs for a hold one wheel on until you get help
