Never thought about that but the comic never shows Rudy displaying anything that Rex's abilities are capable of, either he could and chose not use his powers which as a genius that doesn't make sense or he just didn't have the abilities. Based off of Rudy's level of intellect I would imagine its the latter.
She can change and manipulate stuff on a subatomic level, basically there isn't anything she CANT do. **comic spoiler ahead** At first they nerfed her and said she couldn't affect organic matter, then she gets a power up and can affect organic matter and after that she goes into god mode, she literally can create worlds, revive from the dead, live for forever, you name it and she can do it.

I have said it in other comments under other channels time and time again. I will say it here: Amber can be upset and break up with Mark over him lying to her. Hes a superhero, he does great things for the world. That doesnt mean she has to put up with him if she sets expectations and boundaries for their relationship (honesty, reliability) and he doesnt follow those. It doesnt mean Mark is wrong to prioritize helping people over his relationship. Its actually rather selfless. It does mean that Amber is justified breaking up with him tho. He could have accepted that he wasnt going to be able to keep many promises to be there when Amber asks him to be there and that relationship would have ended a while ago. I dont blame Mark for wanting it to work out. I dont blame Amber for wanting it to work out even tho both probably knew that it most likely wouldnt.
I'm sorry, I wanted to like and be sympathetic to Amber's character, but the fact that she knew Mark's secret and still got mad at him like she did was just crap. She, literally, expected him to put their dates before the saving of innocent people's lives. And she berated him, and broke up with him because, what? He didn't expose his secret identity when putting his life at risk to save everyone on that campus? And is further pissed that he didn't reveal his secret to her when they had only dated a couple months? When that secret could get a lot of people killed. And the fact that she showed herself willing to blackmail the bully shows she is not to be trusted with sensitive secrets like a secret identity, when she is pissed at that person. I won't go so far to say she is a terrible person, but she is a terrible girlfriend.

Mark isn’t owed a relationship just because he’s a superhero, Amber gave him plenty of opportunities to tell the truth and he chose to string her along. It was his choice to date a civilian and he made it her problem. She deserves someone without his responsibilities.
but if she knew why he was late, why he had to make excuses and why he was having troubles then why is she annoyed? also mark said it was a secret identity for a reason as in not a tell your gf of a few months identity
Would you tell someone something that could put everyone you care about at risk if you knew them for only like a couple of months? Mark wasn't exactly a great boyfriend but he made the right call in not telling her. He should've ended the relationship when it became clear he couldn't balance it with his responsibility as a superhero.
Mark's mistakes were made despite his efforts. The man was trying his best but was in over his head. Yeah, he was a bad boyfriend but I am sorry, Amber knew he was saving people's lives and she deliberately pretended not to know that just so she could shame him. That is not an honest mistake, it's a deliberate act of cruelty. Amber clearly wanted to hurt Mark, there's no other reason she would do that. That is what makes her the worse person in the relationship. Neither of them are ready for one, but only Amber went out of her way to be cruel.
Amber's well within her right to be mad. She wasn't saying what Mark had to do as a hero was less important than her. It was the way Mark handled it. If he can't commit to a relationship because of his superhero responsibilities then he shouldn't be in one, which means essentially he was stringing her along. And yeah, he's a kid and kids can make mistakes, but Amber also isn't saying he's a bad person, just a bad boyfriend. And that's fair.
