I was eyeing the 7 for the qled of it all. Coming off a 2017 with an Apple TV 4K I really just stream and watch movies and UA-cam but use Apple TV as my primary interface. What Qled do u think is good for a studio. Is mini led worth it? Thank you.

I got the qm7 tcl for 450$ it was the same price as the tcl q7 , and the qm7 is better its 2024 and q7 is 2023 , as for the q8 out my price range its like 950$-1100 , but what are these tis response times? for the qm7
Got a 75" q7 for $1,000. Been saying for awhile it may end up being best bang for your buck tv of 2023. Like you say, contrast is great, and it gets plenty bright for me. Not worth the extra $ for the qm8 personally.
I had the u8h and have to say it has been the best tv I've ever owned, especially when wanting to utilize all the features I needed for my ps5. The tv did run very hot with a noticeable 8 degree hire in the room I was running it in. Also one slight bump when moving my u8h put a small crack in the screen rendering it useless. Other than that the tv was amazing. I would get the extra warranty offered woth the highsense tv as I have hear of others having issues with frozen screen and burnt out led's due to this I will not be buying another highsense tv ever again even though the display was beautiful and met the criteria I needed for My ps5. Happy hunting, I hope this help.
Saw the TCL QM8 75 inch at Best Buy and looks amazing black level with was probably the vivid store setting! I say if you can afford the top on the line less compromise! Price is really reasonable for the performance!

I will only use it for 4k Blu Ray HDR / Dolby Vision movies in a dark room (no sports, no gaming, no UA-cam, no streaming, so internal upscaling don't matter to me). Picture depth - a "3D" feel to a 2D image, is important to me. Both TVs are the same price. The Sony has better upscaling but if I’m only using it with my UB820 Blu Ray player to play 4K Blu Rays and Apple TV 4K, I I shouldn’t care about upscaling right? Would you recommend the 98" X90L or 98" QM8 in this scenario?
Can you comment on image processing of sources like amazon prime/youtube tv content for those of us don't use much 4k streaming and have no cable box? I wish I understood this subject better to ask the right questions... Also, could a roku ultra/apple 4kTV improve image quality on the budget sets like Q7? I'm leaning toward Q7, but am wondering if Sony is better for most streaming.
The tcl qm8 is better than the tcl qm7 and the hisense u8k...but the hisense u8k color is the best out of all of them but black levels and motion is better on the qm8...you honestly can't go wrong...either way...but ima go for the qm8 when I get paid again...motion is a number 1 priority to me

85 inch Q7 bro. You won't regret it. The more expensive price or product is not always the better value. Trust me🤝

Sharp has a VERY limited market and not sold everywhere. And it JUST came out last week.
