Cool video. I think you do a good job yourself. Like you said, you know how you like your hair to look and you achieve that yourself! In October i purchased a cheap pair of hair trimmers finally (i think i mentioned this to you when talking to you in the comment section on Instagram). They cost $8 and i use it to trim my hair that's shaved on the sides and back! The lowest guard i use is 1.5 cm. That gets me a close cut, really low without skin bald! I use my fingers to feel around and use my hand held mirror in the bathroom with the mirror to check the back. I got these portable facial hair trimmers i use to clean up the edges on the back of my neck and I'm good to go! I'm glad i finally got them! 😊
Yes, I remember you telling me about the scissors. It's definitely a feel because I can tell just by touching it if I need to keep going. Even thought my cuts were only $20 I had to drive an hour away and it was just way too much. There's a female barber that I follow and she follows me too and she's asked me to come to her so she can do my hair but I'm nervous. I don't just let anyone touch my head but I'm thinking about it because I like her work. So we'll see
Cutting front to back is against the grain (pro: cuts hair closely. Con: cuts lots of hair quickly). You have a strong hairline and can handle against the grain. Someone like me (weak hairline & cowlicks 😅) can’t chance it. I always ask my barber to cut with the grain. Disclaimer: I’m not a professional, just a girl that gets a lot of hair cuts. 😊 Love your videos. 🤗
Ahh ok. To be honest I never notice a difference when I cut my hair but I’m also not really paying attention 🤣. I’ll try to see if a notice a difference the next few times . Thank you so much ❤️
Watch me cut my short natural hair into a tapered cut. Super quick and super easy using my Wahl Magic Clippers
Amazing job. You make it look so easy.
Thank you so much. Getting over the initial fear is the hardest part
This great thanks for sharing!
You're so welcome and thank you so much
Great going girl, you did so good 💕😍
Thank you ❤️
