Sorry for the slow reply. Tandem wing ornithopter experiments by Pete Valentine determined it's best to have the back wings 90 degrees ahead of the front wings. I followed that advice, but the programming can be changed so that any desired phasing could be achieved. It could be controlled by the RC transmitter.
