I don't do ticktock so please! don't leave you Tube!! It's close to supper time and I do not have any Zucchini but I do have things for your Chicken Parm.! This looks so delicious, I gotta make it! MMMMM
Instead of frying them you can dot them with butter or spread melted butter on them and sprinkle them with garlic salt and parmesan cheese and BROIL them keeping them on a lower shelf away from the heating element so they broil slowly. They will come out more golden brown and not burnt looking.
They look delicious! They are brown - not burned…is what makes it taste good. Have you ever had grilled vegetables that have brown? Very good. Chicken with brown bits…yum!
@@lifeandlovewithmaltese Carcinogens form on and in food when it is heated above certain temperatures. The more "brown" or worse - blackened like this is the more carcinogenic it is. Also look up acrylamide formation in cooked food. We don't want that either. That happens when bits of plastic form in starchy foods at even lower temperatures above - certainly above 375F degrees .

I think by Italian green sauce you mean pesto? They are very different in flavor, even though they look alike. Chimichurri is a sauce from Argentina and it has vinegar in it, which makes it tangy / sour. Pesto has nuts and cheese but no vinegar, so it's more hearty. I prefer chimichurri with grilled vegetables (or meat, if you eat meat). And pesto goes great with pasta.
Anyone else as ocd as me and getting triggered by that one zucchini at the end that's not facing the same way as the rest on the plate? 😅🙈🙈 Other than triggering my weird quirks, it absolutely looks amazing! I'm not the biggest zucchini fan, mainly bc the way my mom used to make it, it would become this weird mushy texture in the middle. But baking it like this is one of the ways I do enjoy it.

As a stubborn millennial, I still don't even have tiktok 🙈 😅 everyone was so against it in the beginning for the data tiktok was collecting and I haven't forgotten. Even though I realise all the other social media is probably doing about the same thing 😅
I believe different people prefer different formats. All the sites have various qualities that suit different interests. I like UA-cam and tictok but not so much Instagram. Others may prefer Instagram to tictok or UA-cam. I forgot about the Facebook too 😊

There are lots of vitamins in the skin so it’s healthy to eat them. I rarely peel them.
