Isaiah 51:20 “Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of thy God.” King James Version (KJV)
@nigelmcgiver2275use critical thinking to understand why that is. when a kid sees extreme violence and death at a young age they’re going to most likely develop mental health issues, on top of that most of these kids have no positive father or mother figures to look up too and no support networks. Of course most of these young men are turning out hateful and stupid. Stop being racist It’s not a race problem it’s a cultural and economic problem.
And I don’t see any other reason why you feel to need to announce that you are a black man other than to try and label yourself as “better” than someone to all these white cave dwellers on UA-cam. Yeah you’re a pick me for Capitol Hill rioters my guy.
I agree, sir all these wasted lives just settling for what they have instead of going out there and getting what they want. Lots of smart, very educated people living in ghettos that just never push themselves who knows the cure for cancer might just be in one of their brains that’s being wasted on thug life.
The really crazy thing is that 90% of America is really peaceful and all you have to do is move an hour or two away from those Hotspots of crime and get a job and start over. But I already know, it's too hard to move. All these guys acting like they are so strong, but are afraid to move or get a job.
Peer pressure is huge. Imagine being 8-10 years old kid going to school and you got some 15 yr old whos with 20-30 year olds "yall n****r dont need to be doin that white boi sheeeet...come gang wit us make some bank". Same thing that happens on reserves. The older generation harassing the kids for trying to do better for themselves. "You leave us dont come back".

I’m born and raised in New Orleans, 7thWard St. Bernard. Moving to the East used to be a sign of success. It ain’t like that now tho! New Orleans is all about respect not gangs
But those aren't "your" people. They're not even "our" people. I'm tired of people grouping *me* together with people based on this ideology. I can't walk down the sidewalk without being stereotyped. Idk you, I'm not related to you, then you're not my people.
It's not your people. If a White person said other White people were his people they would call him a racist. I grew up in a nasty neighborhood in the wrong part of town and a lot of my friends and neighbors were like this too. Poverty and ignorance are a wheel that keeps feeding into itself. The ideal is that all Americans are our people, but we know that isn't quite true. In reality if your dad and my dad had the same jobs and we grew up in similar neighborhoods, you are my people and I am yours. People need to stop confusing class issues with race issues. The reason the politicians and media keep feeding this BS is to keep us confused. Once we realize the truth we can end the problem.
Generalizing a group based on others actions is never ok. From the “other side of the aisle” as a white person i believe in equal opportunity and give every person an individual fair chance. Your people are Americans and we stand together we stand with you as long as you are fair and honest. Those who aren’t will be pushed aside and recognized as such. We all need to stand together regardless of race, sex or beliefs. No more division!
This the most ignorant and crab in the barrel minded shit I ever seen…these niggas happy that people the same color as them is dying and they wonder why the black community is the way it is..glorified ignorance
My uncle was a cop in New Orleans for 30 years, I grew up in CA I’d visit a lot to New Orleans as a kid and he’d take me to these trenches for a reality check and I’d meet a lot of men like these guys. Some of the realest dudes on the planet. I learned about real food and how to act from men like these guys in the early 2000’s. Times have gotten worse there but New Orleans is a battle grounds it’s stuck in a culture war. Be safe out there boys find peace and get New Orleans back to the amazing beautiful city it truly is.
The first house I lived in here was near the Fairgrounds. We had a shooting at my driveway literally 15 yards from where I had just opened the door to let my dogs outside. My neighbor (retired New Orleans native) saw the whole thing. He knew the kid. Later, when I asked him if he told the cops he just smiled at me and was like "Nah. I don't talk to cops." I was floored. This man took a ton of pride in his neighborhood-- he cleans the street as he walks every morning, helps other neighbors help clean up after storms, will work odd jobs for you in exchange for a 6-pack. I had never encountered that attitude before. Yet when it comes down to actually trying to help keep the neighborhood safe, the natives slide back inside their houses. It's an odd and fascinating dilemma. I love my city, but we definitely need help.
So he suppose to put his life in Danger to talk to police. You wouldn’t tell the police nothing yourself if the possibility of losing you life was involved
It’s a rock and a hard place. I’m from new orleans born and raised and I understand perfectly. You want to help by giving information on what you saw but it can and usually does put a target on your back. So at that point it boils down to your own safety or helping others, and 9/10 it’s gonna be your own safety. It’s sad but what choice do you really have?
@@johntowns8964 That wasn't where my thought process went at all! I was attempting to highlight the fact that as someone who grew up in a very different suburban environment, it's a little jarring to see people who love their city, recognize there is a problem, and yet don't really want to improve it.
I had a job interview there, and they’re like “you’ll probably get carjacked, but they usually drive it till it runs out of gas and you’ll get it back” - they said it so casually like it’s no big deal 😂
And it has been created by our society. We would rather spend money on war and building walls rather than building up our communities. Instead of helping people with drug problems we pretend punishing them is the answer, so that the few can get rich, prison makes a horrible rehab. We pay cops to play in this game and cops lose their lives. Our society is so scared of becoming a socialist nation that we can't even help our own people with our own tax money, with our own government. we pay for it too, in many ways. We believe in helping out the rich man though, we believe in regainomics, we believe in the trickle down effect. My question is why is it that you trust rich people so much to do the right thing?
I would not say all of America. We understand why some parts are going downhill. Majority of it being in popular inner (major) cities, but there is a correlation we should not blind an eye too. America all around seems to be flourishing. The cameras are just being pointed in one direction.
This isn't nothing new for New Orleans. Always one of the highest murder rates in the entire world. 70's, 90's...never really was a safe city. Probably not even back in 1850.
@@bluntfruntac9981 why would you strip rights from everyone to help a few? maybe the municipality could declare an area a state of emergency in the area, then use emergency powers on that area.
Church isn’t doing their job in equipping men spiritually to lead the household and overcoming the adversity of a woman who wants to do what she feels is right. Faith in modern medicine and politics is pulling apart what is necessary to keep the family stable.
As a black man this is sad. What happened to our people? Us as a community, our parents, our parents parents have failed. Sad reality but true. A lost cause. They are and will remain on my prayer list.
@@matthewp9156 Seems like part of the problem is that some of these people, at least the guy at the beginning, don't want to leave and seem to enjoy this lifestyle. And if he is considered "cool" and if younger kids/people look up to him.... It's just continuing the cycle
The US guber mint flooded the streets and neighborhoods with drugs. Both political parties, and people do whatever they tell them to do. MRNA medical intervention the new death.

When i moved out of New Orleans, it was almost surreal how much my life improved. It's almost like the city is cursed and when i moved the curse was lifted.
Amanda broke my heart. My mother was schizophrenic, and I have no doubt were it not for my dad, she would have either killed me and my siblings, or caused our death. I believe my mother loved all her children, but schizophrenia takes your mind similar to drug abuse. Their delusions are as real to them as reality is to the rest of us. They believe in the delusion that they are "special" because they can see and hear things that others can't and this belief in their own superiority, makes them behave like a Narcissist, who thinks they are better than everyone else. My mother on Medication was able to control her behavior, but I learned in the last few years of her life, it ONLY moderated her behavior, her thoughts were exactly the same. Thye feel oppressed that they have to suppress what they believe are their superior gifts, by taking medicine, thus the reason they stop taking it. Yet for Amanda, all she could talk about was how much she loved her kids, even though (love being a verb) she is incapable of loving her kids. Sad.
@@shanellerosado63I believe love is a verb. Schizophrenics live in their own head, very much like addicts. They very much believe that engaging their delusions is the most important (if not existential) thing in the world, and this leads to the neglect, if not outright abuse of others, including their own children.
You need help bro. I lived your life my mom was diagnosed when I was an adult. The damage was done by the time we knew why she acted the way she did. It's something you live with, you know you won't be normal but you can still function in society.
Those first guys are what’s the problem. They say that they find the lifestyle fun even while seeing their friends die in front of them and they don’t want to leave the area even if they could. We live in a perpetual cycle of violence, that is American society.
Dude really said "I was surprised to hear MG Top for arrested for double murder charges. He was the nicest guy I met while I was there". We were clearly not watching the same person.
I grew up in a neighborhood similar to this when you have no role models and the only ones you can look up to are bad you tend to grow up to be a villain like them are y'all too simple you can't understand the other side of the fence if you're on the opposing side
Alot of people blame the system or “its all they know” but its all in the mindset of you wanting to better yourself. I grew up in the hood in Houston. Cousins currently locked up for murder some of my closest friends currently in locked up for theft and trafficking. Until you put yourself first and step away from that shit you aint never gonna end up nowhere in life but in jail or 6ft under. I took a step back and had to cut off close friendships and family because all they knew was street life and started bustin my ass. I was 18 years old stealing cars partin em out even got into some highspeed chases. Thankfully now im 25 with a clean record and my own house away from that lifestyle only because i finally started to think to myself that the shit i was doing wasnt gonna put me nowhere but a tshirt. Stop making up excuses and sayin “thats all i know” or blaming others for you being a fuck up and start taking shit like a man and realizing that you can better your own life if you put the work in and put your mind to it.
I completely agree. I’m from Houston as well. Still live down here and you HAVE to choose your own path in life. PERIOD I have my house/ husband and 2 chikdren❤ I work hard and make it happen everyday for them. I commend you for doing your own thing and not following the crowd!!
I was in the army with a brotha from Houston. He was the youngest of six boys. His next oldest brother (whom he described as a shot caller for a local crew) drove him to the recruiting office. He was the only one that hadn’t been to prison or been shot. “My brother probably saved my life…”
I’m appreciative for the lessons and grit I learned and obtained growing up in New Orleans, it has prepared me in so many ways on my journey in life. With that being said I’m glad to have made it out and never plan on going back 🙏🏾
Me too! Don't go back if you want to live. It's a sub culture and not about race that much; I mean I'm White but Black People in other areas are nowhere near like these People! They obey the law, work, and are successful.
Honestly, it's an endless cycle of feeling hopeless until it becomes learned-helplessness and a way of life. Then Illicit drugs enter the picture to make them feel less hopeless and then the mental illness and poverty get even worse. Have to try and give children hope before they too give up and cycle continues. My heart goes out to them❤️
The black man in todays time is filled with Pride and emotion. A simple argument, having nice things, looking to hard can lead to gunfire smh. We once blamed poverty but I think it has became culture .
Prideful and emotional. Feminine traits, that are learned/taught from growing up in a single mother home. These are grown son-husbands who THINK they are men, . I’ve deployed twice and watch boys like this literally cry because being a man at war isn’t what their mother told them it was.
I met a guy in Panama who was Special Forces. He lived in New Orleans and said if he didn't join the Navy, he'd be dead or in prison like all his friends. Said he could never go back.
You hit the nail on the head when you said the mainstream media never reports this stuff. I have seen this type of life style growing up, the only way out is if they want to change their life, most will never take the opportunity, some will. It either ends dying in prison or on the streets. Sad to see that lady live her life like that, it’s almost like she has a demon inside her. If you haven’t already filmed in these places…you should also try filming in cities in LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Alabama Tennessee, Arkansas, Cleveland, Maryland, etc…
Very interesting saying: “Its easier to get a noble prize or being a successful person than coming back to normal life from the hood” you are exposed to such peer pressure, poverty, fear (from the enemies and closest ones as well for leaving). Being talented out there means nothing, because you have no support to go to school or pursue your dreams. Its insane to think about it compared to average person living in a city, who has incredible amount of options if talented.
@@WhiteenViewer I understand what your saying with your quote. However, that is not true about being talented. You have to keep trying & never give up. I have seen the most talented people ruin their lives or take that other step to pursue that talent & take it to the next level. It definitely helps if you have both parents around, especially having a dad to support you. You have to trust in God & keep the faith of whatever religion you believe in. 🙏🏾
@@gust9464 I am not saying its impossible brother, I wish them all the best.. its just ridiculously difficult and sad reality of young guys possibly trying to live better life but no education or opportunities and this being the only thing they know since they are born is just insanely different world.

I tend to believe they do want a better life elsewhere and that them saying they’re having fun is a cope. They know leaving isn’t realistic for them and to say they want out would be showing vulnerability. Acting hard all the time is a defense mechanism
But what we need to understand is that eventually becomes who you are. The ways you act, things you think and say will overtake you, whether it be good or evil. Darkness has overcome me, and don't know how to escape. Don't let it overtake you.
@@swervsplatt9672 I’m not saying these dudes aren’t tough or whatever. They’re definitely bad dudes, hard dudes, I don’t think that part’s an act. But that’s not the totality of their being. They’re denying the parts of themselves that feel fear and wish for a better life. Ultimately it’s their fear for survival that won’t allow them to show fear. Also, they don’t want to diminish themselves by admitting how much of this life was forced upon them because again, to admit that they’re victims of circumstance would make them appear powerless in an environment that preys on weakness. It sounds like you’re in a similar situation yourself. But I do believe if you really want to change, you can, so don’t give up. I think what you said is very true about how thoughts become words, words become action, action becomes character, and character becomes identity. So if you’re having thoughts about changing your life for the better, speak them, and then act on them. When you do you’ll notice every time you take action it becomes easier. Then that momentum of actions becoming habit will shape the new you. I bet you know this^ already, but sometimes it helps to hear it from someone else. Either way I wish you the best man. Good luck

I grew up in Chicago, a city that gangbanging originated in. What you said is true, I grew up on the westside Austin neighborhood. 87-99 and it was death, darkness and smell of burnt flesh everyday. But I did have some good times too. But gang violence has been a Chicago thing since way before prohibition.
Facts.. is it all we see so is the only thing we know. I was lucky to get to move to baton rouge for a while and got to see they have a whole different world out. Most of the people here never get that chance.

You don’t have to move out of your community because it’s dangerous, make your shit better.
That's better said than done 1 person can't do shit to change the hood when the whole hood has the same mindset. It will take man honestly I don't know what it would take but it's fckd up out here. Especially them in the head they fckd up forever stuck until they die

I truly feel the pain New Orleans is going through. To be honest they've BEEN going through it for decades like the rest of us. Brothas and Sistas PLEASE stay safe. As a Detroiter we had to deal with having the murder capital title for over 25 years. I'm GLAD it's gone. I'm SAD another city now has this woeful mantle. The city is still extremely dangerous in many hoods and blight still shows its barren face. There is a little hope. Billions are invested Downtown and surrounding areas but the neighborhoods and many main streets are neglected. After 60+ years of decay, at least there is a little light trying to shine in the D.
Mentors, positive role models, education, good parenting, opportunity for a decent living, food, money,etc..when you’re missing all of these essential things you get poverty and a survival mindset. Imagine being a young kid seeing things like death, violence, murder, drugs being normalized. Then that kid becomes a parent the cycle continues. The chances of anyone breaking free is very very small. Those that do are legendary.
They have all of that available to them. They just don’t care about anything, and “not caring” is a lazy way of not dealing with troubles around you. The problem in American ghettos is that people don’t think they’re responsible for their community. In our suburbs and rural areas, people do care and do feel responsible for their community. Too much government assistance has led us to people feeling no ownership and so no pride in anything.
@@paintup46you sound ignorant. So everyone has good parenting? Access to mentors? Opportunity to make a decent living without leaving the area that they currently reside? Remember we’re talking about people who had parents that struggled who had kids born in that same struggle that learned from that struggling parent and community. This is a cycle that takes one strong person in that cycle to break. Which is very very hard to overcome without some type of help from someone such as a great parent or a mentor. These men were once innocent children. How do children learn? How did there parents learn who were once children? The 504 has some that make it but many don’t. If you don’t agree cool.
The fact is that these people have accepted this lifestyle as part of their culture. They enjoy it. They teach it to their kids. The ones that want to get out, get out. It’s a game to them. Dealin, drinkin, & Smokin is livin to them. They make more money thuggin then they do in a real world job. They couldn’t survive outside the hood.

My Medicaid stopped at 19 when I got a good job. This video doesn't represent every hood and every individual living in the hood. Everyone has a different story. Very interesting interviews with everyone. Personally, the interview with MG TOP stands out. He definitely has a ton of talent with his rapping, and he is brutally honest about his life. I’ve worked in south Louisiana several times, in Garyville, and I’ve also been in New Orleans. Something kind of jumps out at me, and it’s that the people who were interviewed don’t seem to have the accent in their speech that is prevalent in that area of the country. I’m wondering if their families came to that area from up north. Overall, I love the interviews in this documentary of the most dangerous places in New Orleans that most of us have never seen. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!!!
The New Orleans accent is very different from the typical Southern accent. It's called Yat, as in "Where Y'At?" It sounds similar to NY/NJ and probably has similar roots, but no one's figured out exactly how it evolved. Hollywood usually portrays New Orleans as if its citizens were neighbors of Scarlett O'Hara from Gone with the Wind, but natives here do not speak with a Southern drawl.
@@shannonh2976 Blacks in New Orleans do not have a Yat accent. That is white New Orleanians. Black accent in New Orleans is perfectly represented by Tyrann Mathieu and Leonard Fournette. Look them up (any male will know who they are). The way they talk is very representative of that area. Not a Yat. A Yat is causcasian....
Regarding the accent part. I was just there for two months. I would run into about three or four varieties of accents within New Orleans. And when people had the same accent, it was sometimes very similar. I knew these best friends that sound so similar that it has fooled their own mothers. The biggest one you hear is the baby’s and ya heard me one, like juvenile and the other one I heard a lot is from the east, sounding more like curren$y

You wasn't paying attention then. Bourbon street is the most dangerous street in the city. I've lived her all my life and i never go downtown after dark.
I lived in Louisiana for a year. I worked several days a week in a place called Hammond. I felt like I was in the twilight zone with some of things I was seeing. Rampant poverty, drug use everywhere, and violence like you wouldn’t believe. Truly caught me by surprise because Hammond isn’t much of any thing. I got the hell out of there and went back to Texas as fast as I could.
@@sweetla4750 you obviously have never been in Hammond after dark. If you have been there and you think that’s normal then you are too far gone to help. Hammond ranks number 9 most dangerous city in Louisiana just two spots under New Orleans so tell me again how safe it is.

Living in Philly, Kensington/Frankford area through the 90’s I can tell you this was a tame video. If you haven’t witnessed or been a part of that life, you can’t even begin to imagine the stress of being in fight or flight mode 24/7 365! Never resting for even a half a second, there’s no holidays there’s no time off no taking a break, they will get you in your house if sleep without a watch. It’s no movie, it’s a live nightmare.
Glad there were subtitles… I’m from Louisiana and sometimes I have a very hard time understanding certain people when they speak. It leads to mutual frustration usually.
I loved the bits where there were just no subtitles. Like the guy typing it in just sat back in his chair, hands over his head and a big sigh like... "what the fuck?!" haha
Wow it’s absurd that there are people out here living life like that. Not to mention how they lock themselves in it and don’t agree that there’s a life outside of it.
Dude, clearly, living like this makes people completely lose their minds. Everyone is totally crazy. Every other dude they talk to is so figity and dramatic. They'll talk to anyone holding a camera like they're in a music video. All these weird poses and hand movements. Too many crazy things happening to these people. Now they're all completely insane.

New Orleans is much more dangerous than Chicago, the hoods in New Orleans have even less resources and everybody lives very close together so it is harder to avoid the beef as New Orleans is much smaller. I remember the last Taboo Room video saying Chicago was the most dangerous city in America, it isnt. Even small cities that are in the mid West like Cincinatti, Indianapolis and Milwaukee are just as dangerous as Chicago, but some of the Southern cities like New Orleans and Memphis are much more violent than Chicago. And Chicago has some very violent neighbourhoods on the South and West Side.

Man this a good video you are in the real trenches. I grew up there since birth for 19 years. The best thing that happened to me was hurricane katrina which gave me a second chance at life. All these dudes you interviewing I had they same mindset because New Orleans is all we know and the way of life. I grew up on 6 and B during the beginning of the cash money days. Rappers like tec 9, Ya Fat, and Yella boy use to kick it at our house. Every day gun shots rang I seen a lot of people die. Then I moved to the 13th ward and when BG was beefing with Wayne and cash money out hoods inherited they beef. So it’s was war with my hood the 13th against the 17th I lost a lot of homies and they lost a lot as well. I almost lost mines at the bus stop on Louisiana ave and at Charles I think like 30 shots rang out when I was HS coming home from a basketball game still got the grazed bullet wound for memory. I do not miss this lifestyle and glad I’m on the other side looking in. I wish I could help these dudes but from experience you can’t.
“Blocks inherited their beef”…from some people who had got out…so you realize how stupid that sounds? I seen the same shit, called it ignorance then, still just as ignorant now. Maybe worse.

I never said "Americans" I said we, as human beings. We as in the world. You are seeking ANYTHING to argue with the comment just for the sake of commenting. You took a simple statement, tried to dissect it into something weird like "who is we". People? Just the human beings roaming the earth? Can we not want BETTER for people without trying to insert hidden meanings? @lindar6326
the Amanda clip made me really sad bro. Just thinking that once upon a time she was a little girl, someones baby. One day i hope all this evil shit in the world ends.

Don't worry, the jews are working on it. The thing is they must destroy the world first and only a small percentage that survive will have peace. Your hope will come true, just not for you or me.
Interesting that you only thought Amanda was once a little girl... every single person in this video was once someone's baby and did not ask to grow up in these surroundings. It's very sad to see

Great footage but I don’t think you made the most of meeting these people, going to the murder capital of America and meeting a guy with a machine gun and asking “Is it dangerous here?” Or meeting a drug addict with aids and asking “What are you going to spend that $20 on” cmon bro? Just some honest feedback but meeting gang members and asking “are you in a gang?” Isn’t interesting to me it’s cookie cutter - props and respect to you for putting yourself in these situations
How do you think it got to that point in the first place? do you think the black community was just originally a bunch of hoodlums? No, however, the perpetuation is caused by themselves, but still, they're just perpetuating what was inherited by them. So they have every right to complain about how shit the area is because the main people in power who caused this epidemic of killings in the first place aren't doing anything to stop it... what so many people forget is that the country could so easily solve this issue of needless killing but choose not to because... well there are multiple conspiracy theories and some hold some truth. The point is it's not our fault it's like this, and it should be an even 50% split between the country and the people tryna to fix this, stop blaming solely one group for the shortcomings of a literal global superpower.

Born and raised in New Orleans. After Katrina, the invisible barriers that most of these people respected were just gone. But also, the politicians wanted New Orleans the way that it is right now. They didnt address any of the lingering issues from Katrina. The focus will always be tourism. I barely visit home anymore.
Are you wondering, “What has led to this?” I did too. Both sides of my family helped to settle Louisiana. I’ve spent and enjoyed every moment learning about our history, contemplating our present, and thinking about how we’ve come to this. The crime is out of control right now especially because of the 2017 Justice Reinvestment Act (what a name…) they passed, but if we go deeper, It’s just two words that no one thinks about and none of our politicians care to mention: Generational Poverty. It’s a vicious cycle that many people cannot drag themselves out of, and our state has done nothing to help them do so. Our politicians choose to instead focus only on keeping the “important” numbers low, like the prison populations. Look up median or average household income by New Orleans ward and then look up a crime map. Edit: Also, I really wondered where BLM was these last few years. We have the highest population of black Americans in the country, and our people are suffering greatly.
I mean where is BLM…? Where were they ever? Besides spitting racist venom and parading black suffering for swindled donations, I can’t recall a single thing they’ve done for anyone besides themselves. I know accountability is a difficult word to comprehend and even harder to enforce but at a certain point even the densest of skulls must realize they’ve been played a fool.
What has the state done, free education, free hospitals, free this and free that, if these people had to work to survive they wouldn’t have time for this buffoonery.

Anytime someone goes to interview a person on this type of environment, there's always another person trying to intervene with their "alleged" life story. I say alleged because it usually can't be verified because they're unknown. Those really putting it work don't usually want to be known nor seen and I stress the word "usually" unless they're seeking attention and ready to crash out over fame. The perfect example is the guy in blue 4:50 the interview is with the guy in white, but the one in blue can't stand not being recognized.

When you find yourself in a life and death situation you have to stay calm, keep a level head and adapt to the situation at hand. You can’t show a weakness, but you must be able to deescalate a situation,by not provoking the opposition and keeping yourself out of harms way. You almost have to put yourself in that situation and lifestyle in order to navigate your way through the tense situation. People who have put themselves in that situation whether it’s been through drug addiction, gang violence or where you live know exactly what I am talking about. When I was young I put myself in those situations way to many times, but because I am street smart and can keep a level head I always walked away unharmed and alive!
Prime example of why America is going downhill and will continue to go downhill. The mentality our inner city community has is a virus.

Sad.

This ain't new!
It's definitely not emotions.. Because a person with emotion have Emphaty and Sympathy and they have neither 1

Prideful and emotional. Feminine traits, that are learned/taught from growing up in a single mother home. These are grown son-husbands who THINK they are men,
. I’ve deployed twice and watch boys like this literally cry because being a man at war isn’t what their mother told them it was.
@mineyboy-ef9tb Nah that comment is correct this is the culture. I was trapped until I went to prison and changed my life.
I met a guy in Panama who was Special Forces. He lived in New Orleans and said if he didn't join the Navy, he'd be dead or in prison like all his friends. Said he could never go back.
SFA IS ARMY
@kevingeorgeii6421 he wouldn't tell us what branch he was in. I meant to say he wasn't "regular forces" he could of been a navy seal, all I know.
This is really how it is in New Orleans as someone that’s born raised and still lives here - people are immune to it something that isn’t normal is deemed as normal to us sad but true…

Right?!
@jasminerobinson5466 I’m just a poor Mexican from the middle of the Arizona desert…but okay.

14:15 some people see just rap but honestly these dudes are some of the craziest poets. Their word structure and way of speaking is something entirely unique. I pray these folks can see a brighter and more positive future for themselves and family.
It's called broken English and their a plague to our society...they benefit it in no way.

When i grow up i want to be poets just like them... :-/
Some artists bring so much life to the crews they run it’s so sad to see such bright lights in dark corners fr. MG Top earned my respect, look at the way all his bros are behind his music, the way he can sing and everyone smiles and vibes. So sad the actual lyrics being said

@@We-Wuz-Great-201 yeah if you’re not from the south then this is probably the equivalent of an American trying to understand a deep liverpool or even Scottish accent
Good music masking terrible lyrics from these raps is why I'll never like rap as a whole. It's a connection to people to say "hey look at me and my shitty way of life and I'll murder everyone who I feel like." Also getting paid for rapping trash btw.

bro i dont really know how to put it in words but after watching your own interview im glad to see you winning
I agree but with that being said, what more could he have asked ? (For next time)
Ikr what a total waste
Hell yea... dude came out looking unlikeable asking stupid questions
He did he say he heavily amended it for UA-cam guidelines. I’m sure on the patron it’s more in depth
I mean that's how it is there's lots of people walking around in different hoods all over the world. It's reality.
The thing is, all those gang members complain about how shit the area is but they're the ones perpetuating that violent culture.
No gang members there are no gangs
No choice, no unity, no respect.
It's what cockroaches do...
Ain’t no gangs in New Orleans bruh, just cliques. I’m tellin you this as a New Orleans native born and raised.
as someone who is born & raised in new orleans, currently still staying here it’s actually quite sad to see this ngl. my city is so cursed, hate that for us.
So many people seem angry. Welcome to America this is nothing new. Happens all over the world. Keep up the good work and showing the reality of whats going on. Not every place in America or any country is bad. Youll probably meet the nicest people in the hood to be honest and eat some good food. Plus New Orleans is open carry at 18yrs and concealed carry at 21yrs.
That's what I thought. Who wants to live like that? We have a choice in how we live despite our circumstances
@@queenofthebutterflies5212
This is an ignorant statement, no?
Do you think people wish to live in poverty? That's ultimate disrespect to the people who struggle on a daily basis, across the world.
Folks who struggle for the basics are doing it out of choice, and you expect them to live better when they cannot live for the bare minimum?
This what happens when you feminize a male we see this same effect take place in men prisons. When you take away and simply get rid of female interactions with males they usually become overly sexually with each other and extremely violent

This!
BLM was nothing more than a cash grab.
What has the state done, free education, free hospitals, free this and free that, if these people had to work to survive they wouldn’t have time for this buffoonery.

Raw. Real. Great work man. Love seeing the 'real' America. Top channel.
Bruh thas NOLA, it's its own country within the state of Louisiana. Its own accent, laws, etc. Separate from the rest of The Boot. Evvvvvvvvry one has a life story that to the outside world seems exaggerated & fanciful, but if u from The Boot it's not surprising or suspect in any way shape or form. In Southern Louisiana (below I-10) there's seriously smn deep in that Bayou that brings an energy you've never experienced. There's an energy in that swamp water. & it's a totally different world from the rest of America. Everyone below the poverty line out there cud write multiple best selling Factual autobiographies. I look back on it now and think, what the hell was I doing??
