A lovely class again, thank you. It’s a shame that there are ads at the beginning and end and then a minute and a half sponsor ad as well. This is the first one I have seen on your channel and on other yoga channels. I loved the “Strawberry” pose, we’ve been harvesting our strawberries but I have no idea that they’re the first fruit to ripen.
I love this whole yoga flow. My heart needed it! I felt a sense of peace doing this. When I did it last night, I fell asleep on the closing reading. Today I felt fully present for every moment. Thank you! The Chair flow was my favorite. The strawberry pose came in a close second.

Hi! I imagined dipping a strawberry into raw cacao powder lol this was such a sweet practice! That Strawberry Runner pose was an amazing twist. Will do your Summer Solstice practice sometime this week, yay!
