Hi Rusty, I guess there's no reason Cold Steel shouldn't offer a traditional pocket knife. Know they made their mark with the tacticool knives but especially since they are corporate owned nowdays. Seems to be a fine example. I like the coloring on that RR cover but dont want the useless finger grooves. Other than that I like the CS a little better. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Tom, thanks for letting me about the email. I ordered the regular rough Ryder trapper in amber bone and guess what. It's the same color as the Cold Steel.
Cold Steel has a pretty thin blade. I have not carried but a day or two
