This is the first I have heard from Slipknot in my life. When I first heard it, I thought that there were two singers in the band, one for growl and one for normal vocals. Still can't believe how Corey can manipulate his voice!

One thing that's amazed me about Corey Taylor for like basically ever is he manages to scream yet you still understand and feel every single word he says. I still get goosebumps everytime I hear this song.
Sid: We gotta get that fucking camera back. Corey: Fuck off! I'm so fucking pissed at you! Sid: Fuck you! *Spits at Corey* Corey: Fuck you little fucking bitch! Sid: Fuck you bitch! Corey: Fuck you!
I like a lot of metal bands! But Slipknot has a unique feeling. Slipknot always comes number 1 in my list. It is just the first band i always think of, when asked. Long live Slipknot !!!!!!!
I like how Corey can go from screaming and making these violent sounds to at around 0:59 singing with a very beautiful voice Just goes to show metal singers get so underappreciated
Never Heard A Brutal Metalhead Sing So Beautiful. 0:57"And The Rain Will Kill Us All! Throw Ourselves Against The Wall." 3:27 "The Preservation Of The Martyr In Me."
War Eternal As unnecessary as Sid's presence seems to be on stage at times, he and his stage presence is just so integral to the Slipknot live show at this point that everyone accepts it. Not to say it as I think you're saying he's unnecessary, you didn't even remotely say it really.
The worst, actually. Out of tempo e lots of drums missplays. That's why Jay was fired and they reached Eloy Casagrande. Watch their recent perfomances and you'll see the diference. It's huge. The whole band sound better because of him.
After rewatching this concert, I really don't get what everyone has with Jay Weinberg, he is incredible in this concert. The sound is really good, one can even hear Clown and Chris. A bit short though for a concert they wanted to play for years (1h23min) and I missed songs like Disasterpiece, Eyeless, Sulfur, The blister exists or Killpop and The negative one.
This part is epic, he sings it, there are so many feelings 3:25 the verse "The preservation of the martyr in me". after listening to the song I am that guy 3:41
This song is just perfection. People often scoff or laugh when I say that it is genuinely my favourite song of all time. But it’s no joke, I first heard it when Zane Lowe played the world exclusive of it on BBC Radio One. I was driving to university at the time after a holiday and was already stoked to see my mates again so the mood was high. Then this song started and the intro and main riff was just so massive, I wanted to hear it again and Zane stopped it and said ‘whoa, I have to hear that again!’ It was mega. To this day I play it during every workout, before a major work meeting, when I’m relaxed or when I’m jacked. It’s the best song ever made. I love it!
@@MrsHouseTakeNewVegas I think it's Jay, but I think that that makes it even more special, because it means Joey left a legacy that is still being carried on.
